Liberty Cruise

We are so happy that we picked Liberty Cruise Premium for our guided tour around the Statue of Liberty. The crew were simply amazing and courteous. I went with my wife and three kids and everyone had a great time. The view was spectacular and the guide gave us some very useful information that we actually used after our tour ended. Also side note, my wife had dropped her phone while walking to the dock and didn't realized it was lost until we got on the boat. Tried calling the lost phone and a worker named Eva from Liberty Cruise answered and told us she had found our phone. Eva kept in constant contact with us to make sure that we can get the phone back and even followed up after our tour to see if we had picked up the phone. Thank you Eva and all the crew we came in contact with.

We boarded this packed boat along with 500 people. It was so packed it was standing room only and so full that you could barely move. You were shoulder to shoulder with people and would not have even been able to see the skyline unless you were the lucky few that managed to get at the edge of the boat. We couldn’t stand being packed like sardines in a tin can on this boat, so we walked off and didn’t even go on the cruise. Would most definitely not recommend

1st A hustle to find it. 2. Staff “RUDE” we watch an employee curse a couple and the ones on land are oblivious at guiding guests. 3. You are canned into a FREAKING OUT-DATED dingy “to be kind” on folding metal chairs. For the money they charge ownership should invest on rehabilitating this SCAM of a boat and better train the stuff. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible experience. I paid @1,100.00 for 4 tickets for the 4th of July fireworks show. The boat was old, hot, and smelled like gasoline. There were a bunch of fold up chairs cramming all of us together for us to sit. The bar had long lines and there were only one or two bartenders. The exit was also a disaster. No type of organization. I will never spend money on this cruise line again.

Such a great experience. Lovely views and we had premium seats so glad they enforce the rules throughout the experience

Beware of Dishonest Practices by Liberty Super Express Staff

I had a bad experience at Liberty Super Express with their staff not providing tickets for the package I wanted, but instead insisted on selling me a different package that included additional tours not formally included. Such unethical and dishonest behavior is unacceptable from customer service representatives, and I caution others to be careful when dealing with this company.

We want for valentines dinner cruise with them . The service was amazing, friendly staff, good food and drinks. Dj played perfect songs for valentines night. Beautiful view of the city at night sitting by the window.
It was the best valentines event I can think of $540 for two
Definitely going back!!!
