Decent outlet, doesn't have much collection, would love to see more wide range of clothes.

Experience at Pantaloons infinity mall is not good at all.I don't understand why they don't give us space to shop comfortably.Whenever we try to select clothes for us they come after us picking up clothes for us .Why should we try clothes which they give .We know what type of clothes we need.Sometimes i feel as if we are doing street shopping.I request Pantaloon to guide them not to pick up clothes for us.Let us comfortably pick up clothes for us.

I had wonderful shopping experience at pantaloons infinity malad. Ms. Pooja and Mr. Sushant extended their full support. They were generous & humble. Overall, happy with the service.

Staff at billing counters need to be more polite while handling customers, the cashier seems careless and doesn't know how to speak to customers, will never visit again, Thought of buying shoes for my 2 year little girl but left immediately from there without buying, thank you for such a gesture...

The clothes are well n fantastic. But the staffs are Cunning. So beware of staffs especially the person who come to you and say sir this has offer etc etc fraud staffs so please change the staffs and manners of staffs and take a appropriate action this such fraud types of staffs !!!

Store is awesome and mostly all brands of clothes are available. All the staffs are also nice. Specially BIBA brand's staff "Sapna". She is very helpful and kind nature. She gives delightful experience to customer.
Everyone should visit once. Store is on 1st floor. In front of accelerator which is going downward.
