Very poor staff behavior the door guard and the girl with specs at the reception
I went here on Sunday eve with my husband and daughter
The door was blocked due to crowd inside store that is 👍🏻 ok no issues

As I'm 8month pregnant and just asked them to allow me to come and sit Inside my husband and daughter will wait outside only

But the guard didn't even opened the door to listen properly
And when we went Inside to ask at reception to let me sit aside only they didn't allowed and the girl was making soo weird faces to me and my husband

Soo disgusting this was and just thn we left the store

Please guys do not go here to buy any cloths especially in Seawoods nexus Tommy Hilfiger <one of the guy he look like highted and well bult Average. Guys how any gym guy would do look like>
have driectly asked me for my number
while I asked him about some general questions in regards to cloths and he also said let’s meet outside. Girls better go any place but not here please <I hope this would consider serious and I hope to remove that guy asap Tommy management>

Hi Guy’s. I was in this Tommy store at Seawoods Grand Central Mall. Extremely disappointed, truely speaking i wanted to buy Tommy that’s i baught. The service quality in this shop is extremely cheap. You feel like you are buying from a street in Mumbai. Pathetically sad. If you don’t know how to deal with brands please get rid of this and do some street bazaar. I am talking about day before yesterday, that means 17.07.2022. So guy’s if you want to buy Tommy in a professional way please don’t choose this shop. Unprofessional

We had a terrible experience with Ms. Simran Sandhu. When my wife and I visited the store on 20th Jan 2021, we were curtly directed to the clothing shelves, and in an abrasive manner was told to help ourselves.
After this experience, we have decided that we would never patronise the Tommy Hilfiger, Seawoods Grand Central store.
This treatment of customer service comes after we have been Tommy fans for over close to a decade :(

Purchased a light blue dress for my 10 year old daughter in October 2020 for Diwali festivities. Part of colour faded merely after the first warm water dip damaging the rest of the dress too . They hardly had any options when we went back in December 2020 but got it exchanged for a jeans (worth 3 K) and a white T-shirt (nearly 1.5 K). This time the white T-shirt got spoiled in the second wash (hand wash with regular detergent). Extremely poor quality considering the price. M&S, H&M offer way better products at much reasonable cost (comparitively). Better avoid the Tommy Hilfiger brand for kids atleast.

You can get many types of T-shirt over here for kids and also service here is speedy.
They should add more clothing to the collection as some of them I have been seeing them for months.

Oh god.. Super good quality clothes. Very smartly styled.. Awesome color schemes .. Must visit.. Excellent staff service.. Such soft spoken people. Love it. 😍
