This is THE best customer experience I've had from a clothing store so far. The selection is great, and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful!
They always have online mode problem.. it's 48hrs+ but still didn't get the refund... Very bad experience from the staff services... Not expected this...

Rs.2000 for a ballerina that lasted not more than 15 days. This is the 3rd shoe I purchased in the last 2 years from Allen Solly. Extremely disappointed. Their sole came out the very next day I wore it, hence had to get it stitched from a local vendor. Then the skin of the shoe started to wear off within 4 days of using. Wasn't expected.

And 1 suggestion to shop owner please teach your employee to dont ask customers to give them(employee)side just for clicking photos of your shop ,he /she may click shop photos on free time when customers are not there. It feel insulting.
