Great authentic Irish boozer. There is usually a good selection of beers to choose from although I have had a couple of ales there that have not been as fresh as I'd have liked.

The atmosphere is great with a decent mix of different types of people. Usually busy but rarely feels TOO busy. The garden is bangin although I've yet to experience it in the summer. I also haven't seen any live music there yet but I'm told that's really good.

The staff are usually really friendly although you do get the odd young'un at the bar whose a bit lacking in people skills.

Haven't tried the food there but they have a good selection of bar snacks.

Decent pub all round. Will go there more often in the future 👍

Met an old friend there for a pint and catchup. Has been redecorated tastefully and retains the old charm.

I’ve had a few pints of Guinness over the last 20+ years and the Guinness that I had last week at this place is up there with the best, definitely the best I’ve had in Bristol, a credit to whoever is looking after the cellar, we will be back soon 👏👍

One of the best pubs in Bristol, amazing atmosphere, warm fires, and live music most nights.

We attended the comedy night and totally loved it. Bar service was friendly and well run. A great place. Can’t wait to go back. They don’t serve food but it’s ok to take your own in
