Brought a friend here from out of state and they wouldn’t let him in due to having a vertical ID, even though he was over 21 and the ID was unexpired. I understand the need to be cautious and that businesses can refuse service to anyone, but we went to 2 other bars nearby and they didn’t seem to mind.
Excellent gay rooftop bar with a great good menu! Friendly bartenders and free parking in the first 4 rows next to the building!
We were the first customers upstairs(A total of 4 patrons in the bar). We ordered a couple burgers and fries. It took 30 minutes to get our food; it was barely lukewarm when he dropped it off to our table. The bartender gave bare minimum service. When business is slow, come out from behind the bar and check on people...we would have left more than the 20%.
When we left an hour later, we were the only customers they had.

If there was 1000 stars rating option, I would give it to this place for sure. So lovely so friendly, best service best patio. I loved it so so much if you are in Denver anytime this place is a must hit spot.
On Sundays they also have this beer bust where they keep refill your beer. It is so fun.
The crowd is kinda older generation, which is a personal preference for me.

Sweet is an institution in Denver for the bear community and anyone adjacent to it. Avalanche of Pride watch nights frequently hosted here have given gay sports fans an outlet and gathering place. Denver Pride weekend this past month brought an immaculate atmosphere and crowd. The rooftop patio provides needed fresh air at all times of year. Staff have been very friendly and welcoming.
Excellent gay bar great place downtown where we're at Denver sweet. Long island iced tea x 5. Great staff awesome bartenders highly recommend if in. Denver Colorado. Excellent music great DJ. Best gay bar in town as I write this review. Play good hookup . definitely a good hookup spot.
Karaoke night is best ever! Huge song library, quality sound system, fun hosts, a lot of fun. Sang all night so i did not do. i have but see the rooftop, but it was very cool, a hidden gem!
Food was very good, had pizza and burger, 100! Oh and the Orange slushies were the bomb.
