Alisher and Grandeur Hills did an A++ job on our home renovation. Our home was damaged by a neighboring development and needed to be rebuilt ENTIRELY. Alisher and his team were knowledgeable, detail oriented, communicated excellently and frequently, and were priced extremely fairly. The team at Grandeur Hills was professional, kind, had amazing expertise and was just a pleasure to work with. I felt like we were in the best hands possible. In terms of fairness, promptness, responsiveness, transparency, and quality of work - We could not be happier with the work they did. We hired Grandeur Hills to do our apartment gut renovation in our Manhattan co-op. It was our first time doing this sort of project and we were not totally sure what to expect. Alisher and his team were excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. From day 1, he was always responsive, professional and fair. Right as we were about to get started with our project Covid hit and our building paused our work for a while, and then we had a flood from a neighbor which delayed things further and also required some rework. Alisher stuck by us, helped us with everything we needed to get back on track, and generally made a stressful process less terrible. Some highlights that we especially love: our millwork is beautiful -- incredibly high quality, we love all the additional ideas that we were able to include like automatic on / off closet lights, new placement of our gas stove which allowed us to open up our kitchen, LED strip lights without losing height of our ceiling, touchlight under the counters and near our stools. Alisher is a good guy, and we enjoyed working with him, Sherzod, Igor, and Peter. Would definitely work with him again!

My wife and I hired GHG Group to come in and gut renovate our newly purchased home in Park Slope.
GHG team is super easy to communicate with. Best of all, they respond very quickly through texts or emails, even on weekends and holidays. It was our first renovation, so we knew nothing. They guided us through everything and we truly appreciated that. We also like their crew, especially Igor and Petro. We visited the site once a week to check on progress and answer any questions the crew had. Would recommend to do the same if you have time because there were many construction details that were good to discuss live. Renovation is not an easy task, but you will be in good hands with Grandeur Hills Group. They are trustworthy and reliable, and delivered impeccable work, on time, and on budget.
