Excellent experience. I went to buy my daughter a birthday present. We were helped by Arthur in the shop. He was attentive and patient and really charming. He even offered me a chair to sit outside the changing room while my daughter was trying out clothes. Great customer service and a lovely store. Good displays and variety. Such amazing clothes. We could buy the whole store if we could lol. Will definitely be returning!
The staff here are so incredibly rude I can’t even describe. They’re uninterested and hostile. Awful.
One of my favorite places to shop, unfortunately the staff was incredibly unwelcoming and rude. The 2 staff members downstairs gossiping about another coworker without even acknowledging us. As someone who works in customer service this experience was very disappointing.
In times when businesses are strangling in the retail sector I was astonished to find a sign saying “ gone for lunch” at the key store in Knightsbridge next to Harrods and other brands on a Sunday at 12:30 in the afternoon. Clearly Diesel doesn’t need the business. Went to buy a pair of jeans but had to go to competitors instead.
I had a great service in diesel yesterday I was abit stuckt with what to buy and I asked this lovely guy called Valerio he was quick to help me an In seconds I finally liked what I had his service is actually great and he’s great to talk to so I ask everyone if you ever go there ask for Valerio he’s got a beautiful beard to 😃 best costumer service thank you ..
One of the best shops on Brompton Road. Me and my brother decided to go in and avoid the madness of Harrods. Great vibe, great team, great service and great jeans. Can't ask for much more than that. All retail stores should go and visit Diesel on Brompton Road. They have set the bar high.
Visited the store yesterday, was not a great fan of Diesel but was amazed by the service provided by staffs, Aamed helped us on styling and ended up buying 4 pair of jeans, will come back next time when in london. Didnt like the womens collection 😔 !
