Great location, parking conveniently situated underneath (be sure to type Battersea Power Station to arrive at the parking garage, the take the lift up to Zara). The store is well kept and is located in a shopping area offering a variety of store options and a range of eateries.
Best place for shopping as they have lots of sale throughout the year with less footfall in the area, the quality is good. Helpful staff and easy self checkout
Ruby is super nice. I had a lot of kids' clothes I wanted to try on. The larger sizes are inside the warehouse. She spent a lot of time going back and forth to help me find the suitable size, and also served for other customers.Hope I didn’t bother her too much~
Nice store, mens department is great, nice size changing rooms, plenty to choose from, helpful staff, will be revisiting
Poor customer service and when I came out of changing room and handed an item back I was told to fold it. Won't come back here again. This was at the Battersea Power station branch. Nice area but staff lack the professionalism.
Wow!!! HUGE shop. Everything ZARA to be found here. Nearly spotless shop. Although Very busy the staff kept it organised always repositioning items, and being very polite to all. Lots of self serving digital tills. Prices for all budgets. Value for money items. Women's and men's clothing. A must visit for Zara fans.
Zara is always creative, their designs are amazing to suit most tastes, and the prices are good. This branch is one of the best. The way of coordination, the spaciousness of the place, the organization, the availability of products, and the customer service staff thank you all, and special thanks to Miss Viola, who initiative the service and presents the appropriate opinions, as well as Richard. I recommend visiting this branch, as there is no hustle.
