Daima Dubai Mall

I have been to this branch 2-3 times now and it's so unfortunate that the sales people at this branch always have a below par attitude. They are always rude and as if they are doing someone a favour. When I visited today, one of the men from their team attended to me. He mentioned they were out of small boxes to put the dates in, so I asked them for alternatives, upon which he said either a large box or a Ziploc bag. Initially I agreed with the Ziploc bag option but the lady filling the bag just started throwing the dates in, causing the nuts filling to fall out. I stopped her early on and requested that it might be better for her to put it in the big box instead. She made a face, but agreed. When I had got the box filled (25% was left empty as I had only needed enough for the small box), she made faces again and said I MUST fill the box. I told her the man attending earlier said I could get this box option. She confirmed with him (he said yes) and then gave me a lecture about how this isn't okay. At this point, I didn't even want the dates anymore.

I've been to the festival center branch and had them be so much more friendly and caring towards their customers. And a lot more delicate with the product they are selling (instead of just throwing it in bags)

Sad to see Daimas brand name go downhill because of poor behaviour that has nothing to do with the actual quality of product.

My preferred option to buy Dubai presents.
The nuts are delicious, packaging is really nice with this blue azure colore.
Service is really good and willing to answer your. Needs.

I really like Daima and their products, the service is awesome specially Sherif, a very bright man with a knowledge of all the products plus he always give me a discount and treats my wife and kids.

My brother is in Dubai, he told me about your caramelized pecan and how good it is, so he shipped a box of mix chocolate pecan to me here in egypt just to let me try how good it is, and it was delicious 😋 thanks 👍

Lovely popup store, close to elevator and stairs. The offering of sweets is very good, a great option for a gift or a threat while Walking into the mall. Highly recommend ❤
