Poorly stocked
Great products but very unhelpful staff. I made two visits and both times was sent back misled and without any help.
On the first visit I found shoes I liked but was informed that my size is not available and it cannot be ordered.
I liked the shoes so much that I googled it and found out that my size is available on their online website. I went back to the Dubai Mall store and was mis-informed that they cannot assist me with ordering it to the store but instead I should order it through website myself.
This is not the buying process I would expect from a brand like this. I wasted time on two visits and was sent back without any help.
I ended up ordering the shoes online but when I spend 11,200 aed on a single pair of shoes I expect more.
