All People from CEO to management are Ali Baba and thieves in their Dubai Office. They are corporate 419 (Scammers) people. their Finance Promised tickets for Qatar World Cup and couldn’t honor their promise. No ethics nor values only they will place good TV ads but ruining the reputation of the company
The worst customer service ever! They have business inside of business!With every person different pricing, so unprofessional with pick up !Shame for this amazing company to have that bad representatives here in UAE!

I am not a kind of person who post and writes reviews. But this time seems bit different. Mr. Shadi, one of your staff/representatives/agent/salesman I dont know what his position is coz he didn't introduce his self. The way he talks so rude!!!! And he's even worry to loose a client, he say to me that, "you can go and go other supplier". I'm speechless, I just need a quotation but seems he's not interested at all. The first time 1 ask for it it tooks more than 24 hrs to received and he keeps promising that he will give me. If I don't keep calling and follow up he will not give me the quotation. Coz as per him, they will not give quotation if we will not order, I just need to know the rates and cost of the product. And the way he talks, he's not interested to talk at all. Maybe it's just part of Company's procedure to be RUDE!!! when talking to any inquiries. I don't expect that this matter will be responded, just want to express and give feedback the way your people interact.
