given the wrong fine by the RTA camera car and when I came to cancel it ,they said digital camera car fine , they can not do anything.fine received to drop a person only for few seconds which is clear in pic. They said drop on the road not in the parking lot. Dropping on road police giving fine and dropping in parking for few seconds RTA giving fine 😵‍💫 🤔
They said they will review and get back to me with in few days .its more than 20 days.nothing from them

An amazing staff and office. I had issue getting my driving license printed using the RTA smart kiosk, so came here to verify and they printed my card and gave it to me in less than 5 mins. The staff was very polite and welcoming. 5 stars for the service and staff.

RTA Dubai is Really amazing group in Dubai . The staff was really nice and helpful. I was go there they really helped my self. They guide very well. I hope they will also help you very well. I just visit in near Garhood office in Umm Ramool. Let’s visit there and don’t worry about anything they will guide very well
