This store make fake reviews
The store opens at 11am.However,the online timing shows at 10.30am.When asked about this,the executive answered in a very unprofessional manner.
AC not working. It's suffocating to roam
Don't purchase lifestyle 499 membership from here, billing staff not telling you hidden t&c, in max you will not get 500 discount in next bill, 500 discount is for lifestyle Hinjewadi only , and bill amount should be 2499 for that, and for 250 discount bill amount should be 1999 !!!
Worst staff n very unprofessional behaviour
Today visited this store... Not a single sales person is interested in attending the customers...all were busy in their mobiles watching reels n talking on phone... N worst thing was the AC not working properly, it was making suffocating... We were wanting to purchase more items but couldn't because it was ver hot as compared to mall and very next shoppers stop... Asked the staff 4-5 times to make the AC cooler hut anyone was least interested..

Max is India’s take on affordable, sometimes fast fashion. While I respect the affordability part, there is a lot of room left to improve quality and availability of clothes in different sizes.Max has some in house brands that span across different designs and price points, so you have the option to choose what works best for you. Overall, I would say keep your expectations realistic in terms of quality and design before entering the store.
