THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. SUCH AN PLEASANT STAFF AND ENVIRONMENT. TREASURE COVE SEALED MY FAMILY'S SUMMER VACATION WITH AN BLAST.

Came for the lazy river wasn't very lazy and you were forced to get poo water poured on you. Great for kids but not fun for adults. The bartender was great.

It was nice, just basic nothing over the top. My niece had a good time. It closes everyday at 8:00 pm

While it’s nice to have some place for the kids to have fun, I found a few major problems. 1) almost zero shade. 2) Very expensive if, as happens most days it you have an hour thunderstorm. They don’t give refunds, and apparently don’t reopen after it has passed. 3) Getting to the tiki bar is difficult for people that have difficulties with steps. Supposed lot there are servers outside of that area, but never saw one. Overall, it’s a fail.

They deserve no stars as a matter of fact I should sue them got there with all my information that proved I booked our stay and made me and my two little stand there from 12:30 am till 3:45 am kids on the floor sleeping and wouldn’t do anything for us and very rude and laughed at each other instead of taking care of customers

Stayed 8days...the entire time the wave pool was busted..aka they claim its getting maintenance. End of the week someone finally said the pump broke. I feel west gate could of done anything vs acting like nothing was wrong...

This is a pleasant, small, family-oriented water park nestled in the midst of an established resort community. The theming is quite nice and revolves around an island / pirate motif. It is colorful, well staffed, and offers enough diversion for a long afternoon of water-based fun. The pricing, in my humble opinion, is a touch high. However, monetizers gonna monetize.
Adults will probably most enjoy the lazy river. I think it is a little shallow, but you'll still enjoy it if you kick your legs up. Kids really enjoy the two water slides. The Orange is longer, but calmer, and the blue one is faster. All children can probably enjoy the water clubhouse and everybody enjoys the wave pool, even if it is a bit tame.
There is plenty of seating and an array of tropical beverages are available for purchase along with some simple food items that one may want to snack on. They also offer a number of Cabanas that are available for purchase for the whole day at rates tht are competitive with other establishments of the same variet (owners get the best deal, of course).
I think that it's worth a visit of a few hours, but with kids, you might spend a whole day. Come in, pick your poison, and enjoy it for what it is. It is certainly not on the level of its larger competitors in the theme parks, but you'll get off substantially cheaper...
It is also worth noting that the staff here are a cut above the norm. This includes those watching the attractions and those working the on-site bar and eatery. They deserve a lot of credit, and probably more pay than they draw. They are always watchful, friendly, and patient. The resort ensures that there are plenty of them and the lifeguards circulate freely and assertively interact as needed.
I would add that I note my review is somewhat at odds with any number of people that gave low scores. First, when you come here, don't expect the Earth to move. It's not a Blizzard Beach and it's not intended to be. The price point is nowhere near it and it's plain that the vision was never so large scale (nor could it ever be). For my part, I found the staff to all be very pleasant, however, if they are overburdened, I could see that changing. I think my primary caveat here is that you need to watch for the size of the crowd within or think ahead about how busy they may become throughout the day. An overcrowded park is never pleasant and many of the attractions in this area thrive on volume, casting reason aside to some degree. This is a watery attraction. Florida heat is not merciful and it does drive people to such.
