Not worth it if you're not getting the quick queue, lines are about an hour as qq will continuously pass you by. Definitely eat before you go, not worth the price for food inside the park. Parking is $30, so if you get annual passes make sure at least one person has silver or higher to have the free parking.
The new slides in the kiddy area are nice, but needs a tube lift and lifeguard at the bottom, a lot of people just keep the tubes rather than taking turns unfortunately.
Raging rapids river is probably the best part so long as it's not over crowded.
The bigger play area for kids has the coldest water in the entire park, not suitable for kids under 6 as the big kids really push and shove to get around. The water is a bit excessive trying to walk up the steps, the sprayers are a bad idea as kids spray the little kids right in the face. Would definitely recommend a good adult to kid ratio when you visit, or it's just to hectic to even enjoy your day.

This was my third time coming here . The first two times were good . This time was awful. We had to be moved due to roaches . Still bugs in room .
We were harassed by the security on several occasions.
We were here for my grandson to have surgery at The
Nemours Children Hospital. (Same as first time we came here 5 years ago). His father was staying at the Wydamm down the road . He walked here to go to dinner with us all and was stalked by the security guard and definitely racially profiled him. Even escorted him to our room and knocked to make sure he was not lying . I had to ask for clean towels both days for our room and pretty much begged for cleaning service while at hospital. Ws told they would and came back to No towels and no clean beds after long day at hospital. The security guard talked down and humiliated me with his words .
I’m very disappointed and not sure that we will come back. This is awful due to our grands love this water park .

The room was very spacious and it was a very awesome hotel for the family. My only complaint is I think they have some kind of woodsy scent in the hotel that my kids didn't like. They are sensitive to scents. Otherwise, they had a great time. Also, I wish they had a hot tub. That's why I didnt give 5 stars.

This place is a blast that is recommended across the board. Don't get discouraged by the checking process. Lol.

The staff here was incredible. Only positive experiences to speak of. Gift shop employees were so kind to my daughter. Don't forget to stop by and pick up your free wolf ears. Summer Camp dance party in the lobby was super fun and the "counselors" really got into it.
A few inconveniences like no housekeeping during your stay, and all pre-set buttons on the in-room phone lead to nowhere (housekeeping, front desk, security calls weren't answered). If you want additional towels or linens, you had to stop at the front desk to request them. They were delivered crazy fast (within 5 mins) but it wasn't convenient to wait in line to request them.
Breakfast (takeout to our room) was amazing and a ton of food for the money.
Arcade games are ridiculously overpriced, but that's not shocking.
Water park was fine, size and activity wise. Best part: the life guards were machines. I've never seen lifeguards as attentive as these.
We'd definitely stay again, if we make it back to the area.

It was a beautiful water park. It has a lot of rides and the views of the water park were beautiful since it was located in the Poconos. This water park is on the cheaper side, if you can get a cabana it’s worth it!

Water park is extremely fun and interactive. Definitely make time for the Flow rider and all the big slides. One stop shopping for all things kids would love like arcade, rock climbing, ropes course etc
The staff are fun and helpful and are committed to a great experience.
But the rooms are terrible and not worth the money. Very archaic and out dated rooms. The sink is in the main room, water pressure is terrible. Beds are quite uncomfortable and old, no blankets or duvets are provided. Most sheets are stained.
You are better off staying ANYWHERE ELSE and buying a day pass.

visited this place first time. This place is clean and looking new.
Restroom and changing room also clean .
Wave pool is clean and well maintained.good water force.
Kids slide and play area is cool with good choice of slides. Adults can join children on the slides. There are other water features to play around with too. I’m giving 4 stars because the little kids water slide area was more for 5 years and up. The water pressure was too hard and somewhat frightening for a little one.
I love this place, but according to me, it’s expensive.

It is a fun place for kids, specifically Lil ones under 7 to play with water and get wet through sprinklers and such. It's opposite the beach, which makes it convenient for the family. Kids will love it, and parents can lay back in complimentary lounge chairs.

First time going here. Plenty of parking and it’s free. It’s a nice water park. We all loved it. Loved the indoor pool. Water wasn’t too cold vs other water park places. Loved that they had several showers. Not much wait for the water slides. Even though it was somewhat packed it didn’t feel like that because of the several sections they have. Definitely will go again next summer. Reason why I only gave it 4 stars is that the bathrooms weren’t as clean and some have ran out of toilet paper. Also the portions of the food were very small compared to other water parks portions.

They don't let you stand at surf. The best attractions were closed (a sick water slide where you even go up and a fast river); people with fast pass get to use the equipment multiple times before you even have the chance to ⏩ There was a person who passed 4 times before me while I waited on the line. You can bring your own drinks (no alcohol) and food...no ice iirc!

I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel! The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful. The list of activities is endless. We stayed for 4 days and never ran out of stuff to do! They have an arcade, waterpark, bowling, lots of dining places, a great gift shop and a lot of little things for the kids to do every day in the lobby (yoga, dance parties etc). Back to the cleanliness, though. They had staff mopping, sweeping and doing general cleaning every single time we went anywhere in the hotel. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back!

So far, my experience has been pretty good. The room is nice and clean, but it has very poor lighting. The shower was small, but clean. The AC works, and isn't obnoxiously loud. The traffic noise level isn't too horrible at night.
⚠️Update: the beds do not have fitted sheets, just regular ones tucked in. But they're too small (as shown in the picture). And the AC is quite loud. At a hotel with such a reputation, you would expect better quality. The service is good though.

Really nice park but the info about the water park isn’t easy to find and the info I did find online wasn’t accurate because here they say it’s only open Saturday and Sunday but online it says open til 6? Drove from Manteca 😒

Yes to visiting Volcano Bay, you will enjoy the overall experience. It may be crowded, but it did not feel that way. We did not wait in line for rides longer than 10 minutes thanks to the TapuTapu watch that tells you when it's time to enter your ride. The rides were a lot of fun; our favorite, the green 4/5 person slide ride. We rented the lounge chairs (priority seating), but not the cabana. However, we did view the cabanas & think they'll be good for parents of very small children who may need naps & etc. Otherwise, an $800 price tag was not worth the price for our family. The lounge chairs worked well; you get two w/a lockbox & a waitress or waiter. You'll need to get a lounge chair w/shade - it's very hot. You can do that early. We just switched lounge chairs after 12pm. The one complaint is that the lounge chairs are dated & do not adjust for the sun (or, you will not be able to move the cover around). The food was typical bar food; however, there are other options to choose from throughout the park. If you stay at Disney resorts, be aware that it is a hike to get to Universal from Uber to shuttles, then walking to the park as seen in the photos. Prepare your elderly relatives & those w/young children. One last observation: There are lifeguards posted everywhere in this park. One that you will not notice remains in the water by the waterfall in the wave pool. It's great! It's fun for the whole family & do not miss the raging river ride.

So much fun! Very family friendly, water level at its highest is 5 feet (and only at the back of the wave pool!) Great lazy river, plenty of tubes and lifejackets, amazing scan and go system, very fairly priced locker rental, plenty of bathrooms, awesome splash pad, lots to eat and drink, arcade, gift shops, bowling, ropes course, mining. You won't be bored!

The location is perfect. The resort is quiet and peaceful. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. The water park and beach were free to campers and are well maintained and the food was great. Excellent getaway, we will return.

It’s pretty small place for the water park part. Not too much fun for little kids. The lifeguards are not responsible if other kids hit your girls/boys by using water toy!!! We complained but they did nothing. Keep an eye on your little ones when they are playing.
The restroom and change rooms are clean.

overall a good experience. however one simple rule causes massive problems. they allow guests to bring intertwines between rides. every other park i’ve been to, when you leave the water you leave your tube. however here.. you are allowed to drag your tube between rides resulting it tube hogging, frustration ans people jams. not to mention tubes everywhere. it’s so bad they have even burnt instructions (which people ignore) into the picnic table. in my photo the people in line have collected those tubes from a different ride. they have sufficient staff so just do what all other parks do ans stop the frustration!
also they have a very lie ant policy on bringing your own food. theirs is good but at $5 for water - bring your own have fun and fight for tubes

Haven't been in years but we had a wonderful time. So much fun. Be sure to ask when you enter the park what time they close. The website showed 6pm but they stayed open until 8. No alcohol is allowed so don't t try to sneak it in they'll catch you.

Amazing time at this water park!!! Recommend for all ages!! I loved the family water rides/attractions. Went with two girls ages 9 and 13 and they had an amazing time, the only downfall is finding chairs to sit in it was full of towels and items with no one on them, there were no cabanas or other options that cost additional available because they were all sold out I wish there was some way to create enough seating for people that visit

Facilities are really nice but it's too crowded. Wait times is unbelievable even you come as early as the opening time. They shouldn't accommodate more than enough number of people coz the cost you paid for one day is not worth it. They are open for 10 hours but because of long wait time you can't do all the 17 rides they offer.
Hopefully our next visit will be a better service..

Clean, orderly. Nice staff. Fair price considering all the staff, buildings, kitchens, water, electricity, chairs/cabanas, umbrellas water treatments etc. Very fair price. Easy to find. Close to inter-state 80.
Parking options range from $12 and a FAR walk, to $30 in front of the doors.
The restroom at the end of the day was still well kept & stocked.
Now for the ugly...
The website was not done by any type of expert. O so many FAILS.
I had to call and ask for the park map so I could see the layout. Per the person on the phone, I had to call the direct local number & then the woman Said there is no park map layout on the site. Very odd.
The website should easily contain and easily show a calendar for you to select the date you want to purchase your tickets for.
They have the audacity to add gratuity to every check at 18% AND THEY ADD IT TO THE TAX. Clearly amateurs in the hospitality industry. You don't pay TIPS on a tax portion of your check.
Side perk to add on.... Cabanas range from $200+ to over $440 per day (they're open 9-6.) Way over-priced for basically "shade".
We spent about $220 to have 6 lounge chairs with Terry cloth cover & fresh towels. It included 1 large umbrella per 2 chairs. Towels were fresh/clean. But there is free seating without umbrellas.
Hope images help.
They don't sell tickets at the gate. All is done online. Which is effective and keeps them from handling/mishandling cash and they can see revenue totals with a click.
We were 5 adults and we spent a total of about $575 in the few hours we were there (tickets, chairs & 3 snacks).
I think there's another water park in the area & we hope to try them soon.
Hope you enjoy your time in our neighborhood.

I & my adult grandson had a blast.!! We went during the week, and it was not packed, which was great. The strawberry funnel cake was off the hook & yummy! The wave pool was where we spent most of our time... I didn't rent a cabana cause it was just us 2. However, upon entering the park, I was informed of tables with shade that we could utilize for no charge. It all worked out perfectly! Thank you, Island Waterpark, for the fun we were able to have😊

First timer to kalahari indoor waterpark. We booked a resort and it was good .. rooms were spacious and very comfortable . Cost of the water park is a little more than all other parks . May be worth just once . Good and other things are very expensive inside ..
Waterpark wise , it was good. We loved the wave pool 🌊 all the rides were good . Kids loved it . Lazy river was good and the splash zone was kids favorite . Again, I thought it was expensive /.. wish it was cheaper . Lots of parking outside and located in the heart of poconos . Loved it overall if not the the price …

Kind of upset with lounge chair rents it was disgusting the only plus was they where super nice and gave me my money back plus a couple extra but I will never rent another lounge chair again and don't recommended anyone else paying for it I was so excited to be In nice clean quite area it was quite but nothing close to clean. Literally a dirty dipper we found under our chairs 🤮 like I said only plus was staff was amazing.

Fun splash pad, playground, & sandbox free to the public. We even got a visit from the ice cream truck

Small splash park conveniently located on the Asbury board walk. Great for small kids say age 2 or 3. My four year old enjoyed it for about an hour but my older son was ready to move on after 30 minutes. The unexpected bonus was the use of the bathroom here for my family's afternoon beach session. We were also able to use the park after the beach too.

This was a great water park experience without the big ticket price! I especially liked that part of the water park was under a big shelter! The feeling of 100 degree weather is tuff to enjoy outside activities. I think that they got this right by providing plenty of shade that other water parks, and beaches too, charge for an umbrella. Very children friendly too!

Great place for kids of all ages

Fun place for kids and parents during scorching summer. Just get drenched at various water spots in the park and have fun with your family. This place also got an ice cream shop adjacent to it.

Our first time there today and I would rate it a 3.5/5 (rounding up to 4 because there were more positives than negatives).
Pros:
-Reasonably priced for all the water areas you get access to. It was $19/adult (non residents) and our daughter was 40 inches tall so it was the same for her.
-Indoor AND outdoor options so you can stay out of the sun if you want to
-Food is reasonably priced
-It was surprisingly clean
Cons:
-It took 40 minutes of standing in line in the sun to be able to order food. That was pretty brutal. It would be great if they could find a way to make that a more efficient system. You can't bring in your own food, so you're at the mercy of those lines when your kids or you get hangry. Food itself was meh.
-I didn't see a lot of life guards for the number of people that were there. That's a bit worrisome.
-This is technically not a fault of the business, but the patrons were awful. Soooo many rude families with full grown adults and older kids/teens breaking the pool rules and being way too rambunctious around the little kids. Someone jumped right on top of me and hurt me pretty badly. Didn't even say sorry. I was kicked and splashed in the face more times than I could count. The lifeguards were so busy yelling at the unruly people that they really couldn't keep a good eye on the pool to make sure nobody was, you know, drowning.
All in all, I did enjoy myself and my 4 year old had a blast but the more crowded it became, the more intolerable it became. I would advise going early and probably not going on a weekend.

I went there on Saturday (July 22)
The ticket was $59.99 adult, and I paid $12 for parking a little bit further to the park, but they have a little bus passing all the time they can take you to the parking to the park wich was great(parking nearby is $50)🙈
The food is delicious 😋 and not so expensive.
People are friends, and the place is very clean.
We really enjoyed 😉

Great for the kids. Lots of staff to keep everyone safe. We prefer coming here over the beach because is contained for the little ones. It gets busy in the afternoon.
They have at least one “attraction” that has been out of order for over a year… my only slight.
Bring shoes for the bathrooms. Don’t recommend barefoot.

Waterpark opens at 11am and shuts down at 9pm. They did search our backpacks for food and beverages before letting us in

Small water play area for kids. They loved it and spent 2.5 hours there.

I was very impressed with Volcano Bay.
There is a great section for smaller children that kept my 4 year old and her little friend entertained for most of the day. It is a friendly and safe area so you don't need to constantly worry about keeping an eye on your little one.
Some of the rides are very hard core for people who enjoy a thrill. One of them drops you vertically from the top of the volcano (not for the faint hearted).
There are also plenty of rides for smaller children, family units and people who don't like the crazy fast and twisty rides.
The aqua roller coaster is brilliant, I have never seen anything like it before.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The only downside is that Universal charge you an additional 30 dollars to park your car, which is a bit of a slap in the face considering how much I had to pay for a family ticket into the park.

We stayed here recently for 4 nights. Overall I would say it's a very nice place. I like the continuous efforts of the staff cleaning the common areas. Everywhere you looked someone was always cleaning something. We enjoyed the food options available on site. We ended up using the on site food options more than expected due to the odd water park hours. Which brings me to my 4/5 star review. The water park hours are 10 am to 8 pm. This was a negative for my family as we wanted to go do everything the cities had to offer during the day and then come back to enjoy the hotel. 8pm closing time was very frustrating and then it not opening until mid morning made it even worse. I understand why they have it this way, but definitely frustrating for the pricey stay, we didn't get to allocate much time for the extras on site.

Perfect splash park. Clean, friendly & great location. Been coming for years. Always the best day!

Not as clean as I would expect from a big water park. I couldn't get the lockers to work using the phone. Lots of adults walking around with life vest, this takes away the amount for other guests. Water was refreshing and looked clean most of the food stands or drinks didn't open until 11. Overall we had a good time just had to worry nobody would take our phones or other stuff being no lockers.

My wife, two daughters and I stayed recently for 2 days with late checkout. We were very impressed with the entire facility. It was very well staffed, and the people who worked there were very friendly and attentive. In addition to the water park, there were tons of nice activities for the kids to do. My only complaint is the quality and price of the restaurants. The food was below average and high priced. We ended up ordering in from Uber Eats, and will definitely go that route on our next stay.

I love this place! The Outdoor Waterpark offers everything for everyone. Pharaoah's Phortress is easily the best little kids water area ive been too, plenty of slides for kids of all different ages! The wave pool is better than most ive been too! All of the attractions for older teens & adults was also great! Highnoon typhoon, sandstorm, dune rider & rival racer all favorites plus more great rides! Camelbeach was a wet n wild fun time for the whole family!

It's really fun, but some of the best rides you'll need an express pass or is gonna be at least 30 min wait, that depends on how many people want to ride and how full is the park, we went on a Wednesday and it was pretty packed, I can't imagine on a weekend.

July 9 which was a Sunday, we had rented two private cabanas for our party of 10 and purchased water tickets. The total price was $416 and we (ahead of time) rented the cabanas in may of 2023. The cabanas had already started getting reserved in may so I panicked and got them then.
The park was super clean and had a good crowd. Everyone was polite, nice and smiled when you walked by. The only exception was like 5 rowdy teenagers in the adult pool who kept splashing everyone. When I went by them I screamed “DONT SPLASH ME THANK YOU” and they started laughing but didn’t splash me. Oh to be the hell-on-wheels age of 13 again. 🙄🙄🙄🙄 besides that we loved the facilities, slides and pools. The water in ALL POOLS were almost like bath water. The day was a brisk 63 degrees with the fog threatening to roll over every second, but every single pool was as warm as could be. The cleanest, nicest pool was the 7 foot diving pool (can’t dive) and we enjoyed swimming around for several hours while our kids were off with their uncle doing water slides.
The bathrooms were fairly clean and numerous. At 5pm when we decided to leave I went into the 8 showers and only 3 of them were being used. (The park closes at 6pm) I loved how MANY LOUNGERS, Adirondack chairs and umbrellas there were. If you’re worried you won’t get a place to sit, DONT! A busy Sunday and there were still PLENTY of places to sit and enjoy even in the shade. The chairs were all clean and sturdy.
The only reason I took off a star from The Wave was this: I guess their snack bar was brought over by a nicer company (then prior) and they touted you could get better snacks and drinks.
The prices weren’t astronomical - burgers $8-$10, nachos and veggies/hummus $5, drinks $3-4…. But they were VERY PLAIN and very boring. The nachos were maybe 10 stale round chips with freezing cold canned nacho cheese (that’s it), hummus and veggies were 4 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks in a ziplock with a small lunchbox sabra hummus container, the burgers were about the size of McDonald’s small ones and came with a ziplock of lettuce, tomatoes and a pickle. Overall for the price I know you’re thinking : what do you expect? But it was all soooo cold and mediocre, I don’t know. Lol
The last comment I want to say was the place opened at 11am and we got there at 1230. The first pool we went into was the indoor Natatorium. It had only been open an hour and half at that point. There were HUGE CHUNKS of black hair floating EVERYWHERE. Like someone lost their whole head of hair in the pool that morning. We kept having to dodge them to swim, lol. But the other pools were very clean. Besides that, that’s the only 🤮 thing we saw on a busy Sunday. It was 95% clean.
Would definitely go back here , for a fun day, a birthday party or any other time. Wish we could bring our own snacks in 😰

I'm not disappointed. The cost was reasonable. I went on July 5th and purchased the fun 4 pack (a bit of a discount) for the outdoors waterpark. The park was kept clean, and there was something for everyone to do. I think that weekdays are the best. I'm assuming that it gets crowded in the weekends. We were able to find a spot under a large umbrella relatively quickly.

They open at 9AM so be there for 8AM! GET TICKETS IN ADVANCE! Pack sandwiches, fruit, drinks, and snacks if you don't want to buy anything to eat. Soon as you arrive on the premises, GO GET YOUR CHAIR. Mark your spot with your belongings if you don't get a locker. Lockers in the back are less busy and less congested. Have fun.

The most expensive fun you will have ... well at least at a waterpark hotel. would be nice to come to a place like this and not cost an arm and a leg .... one suggestion is don't bother with the over priced onsite restaurants and simply have something delivered. next stay in a cheap hotel the night before to avoid paying 300 to "sleep"

Still like going here the vibe is definitely family oriented however many couples and singles were around. I especially love the wave pool and the lazy rivers... not as many adventurous rides as the larger water parks but makes for a good less busier day at a park overall. Wait on rides isn't hours as you'd expect in the newer parks. Also buy your tickets online it will cost you less for sure!!

Asbury Park Splash Park was terrific. The staff was so friendly and all the facilities were nice and clean. My kids had the greatest time!

While Schlitterbahn Galveston is a worthy destination, I can only convey four stars here as on a major holiday one of the main newer attractions was fully closed and often the wave pool is not active. I understand the potential complications supporting such a venue, but if you are selling $80 daily tickets and only offering 80% of the functioning park that is a problem. Food options (and you can bring your own in as well) and parking are great and park service and friendliness are superior. There are ample shaded seating and chairs available Having said that if you are in the area, a season pass is definitely the way to minimize overall cost and with that option you can take advantage of access to the original New Braunfels TX Schlitterbahn area as well.

This is the best fun place for us. Each year we were going far away places to spend our hot days but now my kids are here every other day. I bought 10 season tickets this year and will buy every year from now on inshallah.

All my kids (ages from 2 to 6) had a lot of fun in here. The food taste much better than some of their competitors close by and the price is very reasonable.
Our favorite one is the Outdoor WaterPark’s Foam Daddy. Everyone is so happy with the foam and rush to jump into the pool to wash off their bubbles. So cute and hilarious.
The temperature of the cold water and Sauna water are perfect, you won’t feel extremely uncomfortable when constantly switching from one to another.
The only disappointment we had was the sudden shut down of the water slide. My husband and I were waiting for Smoke the Thunder and we were the next one, and all of the sudden the water was shut down and nobody can tell us what happened and how long it will take to resume the slide. The same thing happened to Anaconda the next day. :(

This water park is by far the most impressive one we have been too. The theme, decor, layout and is thoroughly thought out and it beautiful just walking through looking around. The cleanliness was also impressive.
The watches that are worn to join the virtual queue are easy to use. Our kids did have to be shown the first time but after that they were good to go. It is a bummer only being able to join one line at a time but our kids enjoyed swimming in the many areas available around the park. If we do go on another busy day, we would opt for express passes. Without them, it would be impossible to ride everything available in a single day.
Food/drink is accessible throughout the park easily and cost is on point for expectation. We chose not to eat at the park but did enjoy a couple alcoholic beverages. Price was high for cocktails but they do not skimp on the liquor and you get to keep the cup. There is a small discount on refills and you can bring the cup back if you visit again.
There are cabanas you can rent but they are pricey as well as towels do you don’t bring your own. We were able to find seating pretty easily. There is also seating throughout the whole park. It’s also nice to mention that all seating is in sand so be prepared to walk through some sand. But there are water sprays along all the paths to spray your feet and keep the pavement cool in the summer heat.
There are 3 shops that sell limited merchandise and at marked up prices.
Parking is located with the rest of the parking for the theme of parks. At the gate entrance they will ask if you are going to the theme parks or volcano bay. Once parked you can walk up to the front area of the parking garage to ride the bus over to volcano bay. The drive is short and easy and the buses hold plenty of people so it goes quick. Heading to the park and leaving going back to your vehicle.
Overall the water park is amazing and Universal does a great job making it a wonderful experience for all guests.

It was a great time spent! We enjoyed it so much! Weekdays are quieter and just so pleasant. Our 4 year old had the best Birthday! It felt safe and organized.
The only down side is that they don’t have a nice restaurant on site for lunch and dinner, but there are many options on the international drive.

We had our daughters Wedding at Camelback resort. It was AWESOME !!! Getting married on top of a mountain with spectacular views is the perfect way to start a future together.
The reception at Summit House was wonderful. The service was great, as was the food and drink. Jennifer was awesome! She guided us throughout the whole process. She was there the day of the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. I can’t thank her enough. It was just great experience!!!

Family friendly place. Great place for small kids. My older kid did like the water slides.

It’s so hot now!! So get out to Island Waterpark for a day in the sun with the whole family. If you’re local, it’s best to get the season pass because you definitely get your moneys worth just by going 2-3 times during the summer. Otherwise it’s 39.99 regular admission. Senior discount is available and children under 2 are granted free admission. Season pass allows 1 buddy pass per card so bring a friend (except holidays, i.e. 4th of July). You may bring your own food/snacks/coolers/beverages (no alcohol) but there is a bar there for some adult fun. My $14 Big Wave Kona beer (24oz) needed to be colder though because it got warm really soon. Step up the bar service Island Waterpark! Restrooms/showers, locker rentals, floaties rentals. convenience store for that item you forgot are all located inside. Have fun and don’t forget the sunscreen!

Very fun last-minute idea for the kiddos. The cabana was a nice touch, perfect for all-day use. Drinks and food prices are what's expected for a place like this, but there are local stores/restaurants if you're looking to save money or have a large family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, but on the last day, we all came down with colds. At first, we just had our eyes irritated (assuming from chlorine), but we were all coughing and sneezing by the time we were in our rooms for the night. Not sure why as to the cause since we got there totally fine, and we spent two nights there. We're fine now after a day of rest and allergy meds/eye drops. All in all, it's a fun getaway weekend for the kids, and we'll will keep it as a future option to visit again.

We took three grandchildren, ages 3, 6 and 8. After we figured out how/where to enter, we were sent back to another desk to get our wrist bands, then back into the park. The covered pool area was pretty crowded, but the kids had fun for about 2 hours, then they wanted to go back to our hotel. So, basically we spent over $200 for 2 hours of pool and slides.

Got season pass and meal plan season pass. Was misinformed by guest services about what was included in meal plan. It did not include drinks. Was very disappointed with their service. Fun place to take family, however was very crowded. Lazy river conveyor belt was a hot mess. Food was limited when it came to season pass and it took 30 minutes to get a burger combo.

Soo fun!! Make sure to go early in the day if you're going in the summer. We went at about 10:30 and were able to do a lot by 2pm. It did start to get busy around the time, but we had a great time and were ready to go because it started getting really hot.
My favorite by far was the rapids river, where you float along with a life vest (optional). It was great and you can go around as many times as you want.
The slides were a lot of fun too, but just be prepared for lots of stairs! To me, this park was so worth it for a summer day instead of walking around one of the other parks in the heat all day. We even got our tickets half priced, so it was a great deal. Definitely recommend!!

Went on Saturday and Sunday, Father’s Day. Saturday was a nightmare. Way to many people there. You couldn’t even move around in the lazy river without constantly bumping into other people. The lines to the ride ls was very long! One good thing, all the rides was open.

The rides are good and the park is fun. A major flaw though is the virtual wait lines. I think it can be done much much more efficiently where you can queue for many rides on the watch instead of waiting hours for one. It should be more efficiently managed. I believe that if they incorporate AI into this, it would be absolutely efficient and effective.

Wow!!! The lazy river was by far the best I've ever experienced. The food was great, our cabana was perfect and the water Temps were just right. Can't wait to visit again.

The Island has changed:( More expensive with less amenities. A serious divide has taken place among the have and the have-nots😳 Extremely expensive for minimum experience!
The slides are good and the life guards are serious but I was very disappointed that lounge chairs were not available to our family as before😟With a full day of fun in the hot sun, my only option was to rent a cabana for another $80-$150!!! WHAT!!😡 Otherwise only plastic bench or hot cement.
My family set up at the lazy river where there are trees. The nearby cabanas were empty all day. Apparently no one rents them. Yet the lounge chairs had to remain empty. I understand the principle that if someone rents a cabana they should have enough lounges for their family. Yet The Island should take a look at their demographic and find another way to be profitable. So much money and no comfortable seat? Unacceptable!! I won’t go back. I don’t have the budget for a park that seems to only want to profit from the families who keep it in business. I have been going since 2000. After Covid we stopped. First time back and so very disappointed🫢Won’t be surprised if they go out of business!!! No Respect!
-$50 (including tax) per person
-$5 day parking
-$10/$12 Tube rental
We are a family of 5 = $357
*Brought our own food and drinks! Phew!

Good for the kids, the people working the slides need to train more to be more time efficient. Food is alright. Drinks are okay. Overall the most fun experience I had in the area.

Oh the cabanas are perfect! Staff is amazing. The park is great. The all you can eat is every 90 minutes so unless you are there from open to close you probably won’t eat but once or twice. Was it worth it for our family? No. Will I buy it again? No. Will be go back to the park YES! Very similar to that of a Disney water park and honestly you get the same value for your dollar. Get there when it opens to get a seat because the place picks up.

The prices weren’t bad! I love the fact you can bring your own food and beverages! You just have to carry them. Suggestion bring a wagon.. the park was clean and my grandson had the best time ever… they need better pricing for season tickets…

It was fun and hot. I would highly recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. Everything was overpriced to me but it was to be expected since it's a known water park. Bring your own towels and flip flops or water shoes. If you have little kids bring them a towel and plenty of drinks especially water and sunscreen.

Love it

We had such a great time actually experiencing the water park this year. It wasn't packed and was clean and everyone was on top of everything and super friendly. The kids enjoyed them selves so much the parents were exhausted but it was worth everything to see the smiles. Thank you so much for the complimentary tickets from the blackout a year ago....

Simply amazing! Me, my wife and brother-in-law went there for a day, while on our vacation. We had so much fun! The food was good and the all day dining deal was really a good deal. All the slides were open and there were little to no lines at all. We enjoyed the 2 different lazy rivers, and the slide selection and variety was impressive! The drop slides are a can’t miss, but pinch your nose going down at those high speeds. They even have several new slides under construction, and I will return to enjoy them next year. All the staff were friendly and polite. Such a beautiful day! Clean and well kept. Lush plants everywhere, with a nice tropical vibe. For my first water park as an adult I couldn’t ask for anything more, but more time to enjoy it.

He was extremely excited 😊

Place was nice and the kids enjoyed it. We rented a cabana which can be very expensive but worth it if you split between friends with kids. The service started out a little slow as we had to wait almost an hour for nachos. It wasn’t until I called that they sent our order. Our server was very apologetic but we were never compensated in any form for our inconvenience. I feel that the water park itself is bigger than camelback but the hotel rooms and decor are better in Camelback. We all enjoyed ourselves in the grotto.

This is a wonderful park for both kids and adults. The temperature inside is warm so you aren't cold when you get out of the water. There is something for all ages. The last bite even sells dog biscuits!!! The staff is super friendly. Even the restaurants there. Some seemed to have a long line around lunch but I was super surprised at not only how quick it was to get ordered but how fast our food came as well. There are lockers for rent which are nice if u don't have a large group and don't want to leave valuable laying around. But even if you had to I don't think you would have to worry. There are SO many life guards around. All waiting to help in any possible way!!! It was a blast!!!

I was here for a private event, the place seems like a community center where you can conduct events, and they have a swimming pool and kids and parents were around there. The staff is friendly and they are very punctual about their timing as for events, the start and closing time. It was good to know that there's something like this in Dublin.

Great place to spend the day with the family and enjoy the Florida sun! Didn’t feel too overly crowded and it was easy to get in and out of the park. Food is okay. It definitely saves you time and money if you purchase your tickets and parking pass online. Their customer service takes some time but they’re very courteous and help fix any issues you may have prior to coming. Lots of kids and families at the park. One thing I would suggest is that if you’re coming for a short time, buy the express passes to get on the water attractions. The Lazy river line went pretty fast. However, my boyfriend and I waited about an hour for a glorious 6seconds down a water slide. Not super happy about that but it was good to know for next time. Also if you have a regular back pack I suggest getting the large locker. The basic locker they have is very small. Enjoy your adventure!

The facility itself is nice and my kids enjoyed themselves. The slide seams could be better. The loungers were filthy upon arrival and honestly not worth it. They could at least sweep or wipe them off. We got two sets and wish we hadn’t.

Fun place! The lazy river system is awesome! You can bring a cooler with your own beverages and food. No alcohol. Food portions if you order there are large. We went on a Wednesday and lines were not bad at all.

Awesome water park! We purchased the very expensive express pass to skip the lines, otherwise, we would have been waiting for hours. I highly recommend you buy it so that you can enjoy all the attractions!
We parked using an oversized high roof van (9ft) and easily found the oversized parking (level 1 parking garage). Security is top notch, and you will be shuttled in on a short ride to the park’s main entrance in Universal’s very nice and clean buses.
Overcome hot days here! - The multiple sprinklers throughout all the pathways within the park, and the wonderful Waturi Beach, or two lazy rivers will keep you cool.
Cabanas are available for rent and look amazing, but are very limited and require advanced reservation only. Cost to rent these are extremely high.
Overall, my 7 year old son enjoyed the thrill rides. By far, my favorite water park and can’t wait to come back.

I loved this for my 4 year old. He had such an amazing time. It wasn't crowded or messy at all. Very family oriented which I loved and felt really safe allowing my child to enjoy himself freely while I watched him on the tanning chairs. It's in a very convenient area. It is gated, but you can still enjoy the beach and side walk view which is great cause you are well aware of your surroundings. Will definitely take a trip back here again. Also there's an ice scream shop right on the site so you don't have to leave the premises.

Grateful we found an outdoor Waterpark since the one in Castro Valley wasn't turned on. Kids loved it. There were trees around to provide shade for all the parents and their littles. Not sure what time the water turns on but it turned off at 5:45pm the day we went

This place is amazing for the entire family. there are enough slides to entertain everyone. We had a great time with our 4 year old who wouldn't stop going through the water slides over and over.

Rooms were excellent size and clean . I love the separate pools away from the waterpark, very convenient. The waterpark exceeded expectations, photos dont do it justice. There are lifeguards everywhere at the waterpark , perfect for kids. Amenities for both kids and adults. So many things to do in the resort and around the resort. Cant beat the price for all that it has to offer! We will definitely be back very soon.

The Wave’ is host to six (yes SIX) exciting outdoor water slides. The ‘splash zone’ is an interactive area with sprayers, nozzles, water jets, and its own designated slides for younger patrons not ready for the larger towers. The outdoor sports pool is designed for team practices and individual athletic training. It offers eight 25-yard competition lanes that are seven feet deep and three 25-yard warm-up lanes at four feet deep.
The centre runs extensive water education programs, which all take place in the ‘Natatorium’ – the indoor pool heated to a comfortable 82-84 degrees all year round. The Natatorium itself has six swimming lanes of 25-yards each, three instructional bays, and lots of stairways, including a ramp to cater for all abilities. There are also shaded outdoor areas for rental to groups, and of course, locker facilities to secure your personal items while you enjoy your time in the water.

Embarking on an exhilarating adventure to Camelbeach, Pennsylvania, I was immediately captivated by the awe-inspiring vistas that stretched as far as my eyes could fathom. Nestled among the grandeur of the mountains, the lazy river meandered gently, offering a tranquil escape. As I ventured further, the resounding echoes of laughter led me to the mesmerizing wave pool, where towering waves crashed with thrilling splendor. Every moment at Camelbeach was a symphony of excitement and serenity, a perfect harmony of nature's beauty and water park thrills.

the place is good, near to me... nice 1 day fun for Kids and family.
if you like water slides this is good place and affordable...
they also have indoor and outdoor swimming pool... lockers to keep your stuff. its a huge park out side too... nice picnic spot overall.
the only thing i dislike is the chemicals in the water, we felt its too much.
