I work locally in the area and needed a specific colour of shirt as an emergency purchase. I walked in looking for said shirt and was promptly ignored. Girl at the desk looked straight at me then looked away. I walked around the racks anyway, looking for the right shirt and was still ignored even though I was one of 2 or 3 people in there at the time (around 1pm). I was wearing work clothing at the time so wasn't looking my "prettiest" but that is still no reason to ignore a potential customer. Won't be coming back.

Very nice store located on James Street of Fortitude Valley. Free parking is available outside and the staffs were amazing. It was busy at the time of weekend but despite having 3 staff members, they handled perfectly. The staffs were super friendly and quick. Highly recommended.

My favourite Witchery store in Brisbane. Great selection of stock and had great customer service every time I've visited. Claire store manager? Is just gorgeous, warm, friendly and ever so helpful. Bends over backwards to help make it all about you and what suits you. She has a natural ability to build relationships with her customers. Congratulations on a great store.

Not very helpful store assistant. More into chatting to her friend on the phone rather than helping customers.

Frontline Staff member was nice but Caroline - Senior on duty 23 December 2018 needs further training in customer service. She was loud at saying No when frontline staff escalated to her, condescending and not solutions orientated to customer queries.
