I live here for 13 years and this is the first time ever that the company ask your feedback first of all it's a great place to live and the property is well care it's drama free we are a loving family environment and have a nice play area the bottom line it's a great place to live

Since changing managers, my mom apartment continues to have issues that are becoming deplorable.
Water euns down her wall from the upstairs unit in her bathroom that is causing rugs, shower curtains to be ruined. My mom who is 78 has to now bath and brush her teeth in the kitchen.

Shw files several complaints a outthe dog from the upstairs unit that does not stop barking all day and night and you all agve done nothing.

Darel the manager is a great manager. He tries to do everything he can to make sure we have a positive living environment. May not be the best property out there but he makes it worth living here.

My family and I moved here 3 years ago and although it's always been decent, since the new manager Da'rel came in there's been a lot of improvements all over the place. We just got a new two bedroom remodeled with a new carpet and Bright Walls and a brand new stove and icebox, all really nice. We're extremely pleased with our new place and with the new management. Any problem we've had has been taken care of quickly and thoroughly by the manager Da'rel.

My furnace went out and was replaced with a brand new furnace in a reasonable amount of time. The management is so much better than Ms. Becky who would lie rather than say what it is. I'm referring to my carpet being saturated with water for weeks after Hurricane Laura. She did not offer to clean the carpet instead for two years said she would replace the carpet. I was given a concession on my rent in February. Instead I paid full rent and she reviewed the receipts and did not make it right. My apartment had bed bugs. I contracted with Terminix and Affordable Pest control. They said the bugs were in the carpet. She did not address this. The new management team came in ripped the carpet out and sprayed. The bugs are gone. The new management gets results that are satisfying. They are available. Many of the residents around my apartment accused Ms. Becky son, Bobby of going into their apartment without their consent. Now we have ADT which will make me feel a lot safer.

Loved the Management they were great and kind took their time getting the apartment together and it is marvelous everything works no complaints whatsoever I would like to thank them for this life experience thank you
