Good location, environment was nice, friendly staff.

Food wasn’t heated up as much as I expected - meat was cold and cheese was solid.
They didn’t add as much sauce as the UK, so it wasn’t as messy. Unsure whether this is a plus or minus point

They didn't add a lot of turkey slices when I called for a turkey subway 🙁. It seems like they aren't adding enough ingredients. But overall its still yummy and it was good enough for me.

The lady is good but the guy is extremely rude. I was telling him to change gloves and he was ignoring me completely. Kept asking for the bread and acted more arrogant and aggressive each time. This guy needs to be disciplined, really. I didn't enjoy my experience coming here and I'll stop coming here because of it.

Food is the same as other subways. 62 HKD for footlong veggie patty is OK. Fills you up.

This subway is quite hit or miss. I've been here on four occasions, and have had pleasant experiences with customers service three times. This evening when I placed my order, the lady was incredibly slow, and messing around on a phone whilst taking my order, only half paying attention to what I wanted. She almost got my order incorrect. I am not usually one to complain, but when someone pauses between each ingredient that gets added, to type something into a phone and listen to her friend, I have to say something. Terrible service. Not once did she apologize. I would be understanding if there were some sort of problem her and her friend needed to sort out, but it came across as complete disinterest. Neither employees were wearing name badges, so I don't know who they were. It took an unnecessary amount of time to make a sandwich and wrap it... I'm a teacher, so let's just say patience is my middle name.

Decent Subway with good customer service.
Bread was fresh. Chicken was great and cookies were amazing!
Store is clean and actually larger than I expected.

Delicious sandwiches with lots of different choices of meat , vegetables and sauces including BBQ , Honey Mustard etc. Meal sets can also be chosen by adding money , and the set adds a drink and two cookies or a bag of chips to your sandwich. Highly recommended.

I love Subway so much that sometimes I think about it late into the night and hardly get any sleep at all. It's okay though, I don't mind not sleeping, as long as I have Subway on my mind. Subway is fantastic in every way that exists and maybe other ways that don't exist yet. My dream is to live in Subway and never to leave, but remember guys, you can't actually live in Subway because it is a sandwich shop.
