SouthPark Mall

this mall does not care about the health and wellbeing of its patrons. there has been a bird - or multiple at this point - flying around the mall and pooping all over the food court. this is not the first time it’s happened, either. they do not take this seriously, yet every day that i go to work, i find bird poop contaminating tens of dishes. i don’t want to get my customers sick, but it is very apparent that this is not an issue to them. probably because it does not effect the mall management directly, that sits comfortably behind glass doors while the people who actually keep this mall running are left ducking for cover and checking their every surrounding for feces.

Disappointing to see more vacant stores, and many empty kiosks. Leasing is doing a poor job. Also, the management company doesn't seem to be taking as good of care of the property. The entrance sign to the right has had orange cones in place of the globe lights for months. Really looks ghetto! The other entrance sign has pieces of stucco missing that fell off the sign. The parking lot striping is faded, and barely visible. Makes it harder to park not being able to see the up and down arrows. The light poles in the parking lots have peeling paint, and rust. Inside the escalators are constantly shutdown preventing shoppers from going to the second floor. What is up with the poor upkeep of the mall? SP still has good stores, nice food court, and a great movie theater. I hope management corrects the issues of vacancies and poor upkeep, as many of these things can easily be fixed. Overall, not so good this time. Disappointed

Beautiful mall!!! First time and oh so beautiful with the Christmas lights decorations.

The Mall is where I can be in my element. I worked at Chapel Hill Mall, in Akron for many years. And it eventually closed after some anchor stores left.
I love South Park Mall. There's so much to do. And so many stores to shop at.
I love the Seasonal activities at South Park Mall. There's something for everyone.

Nice, clean mall. I usually go to look around and grab food. But the past few times I got mango chicken, it hasn't been the same. They don't have enough sauce and the chicken they use is off. I'll still go for the stores and other snack places but I steer away from the actual dining area now.

Great shopping experience. Very few empty stores! Very clean. Always decorated extremely nice for all the holidays. Put on many great events! Amanda is the marketing manager and does a fabulous job creating and executing these events! They are always a great time, with great interactive staff. It's an awesome way to get people into the mall!!! I know I will continue to frequent the mall to shop and to participate in the events for many years to come!

Southpark mall is a great place to shop especially for Black Friday! They have a huge selection of stores and a great food court. They also have entertainment options.
