Trying to contact this pharmacy is awful! Currently 17 unanswered calls and 6 of which they've put the phone down!

Sometimes they don't have medication in until next day sometimes they can't get a medication but don't tell you until you question it at which point they tell you to go bk to your Dr for a different mg/ml after all that messing about. It's hit n miss. The staff are really friendly and helpful though and they've always given me good advice when I've asked questions regarding myself or my toddler ššÆ
Would give zero stars if I could. Trying to close early and refusing to serve people even though theyāre open. Turning away people needing antibiotics and time critical medication. Massive queues. Save the stress and go elsewhere.

I wouldn't even give them one star - I have had enough of long queues, medication not being in, then you go back and it's still not in. They're okay if it's a repeat prescription, but if it's something urgent you have no chance! I have moved my business elsewhere.
Been using this chemist for nearly 20ys but for the last months they been missing medication off...it certainty has gone down hill now have been told to order my prescription myself ... Bad service .attitudes

They lie to you.
We have been told we collected prescriptions that we haven't and made to look like liars.
We're given the wrong medication and less doses then the prescription advised.
Staff were rude and disrespectful and blame the patient or the GP for their own mistakes.
Issues have been addressed and no one looked in to our issue ever.

Chemist lied to my face, and an elderly lady, looking for Lateral Flow tests. āThereās none left in the whole of the UKā. Strange that seeing as though my friend just picked up a pack 2 mins prior from another location.
Donāt mind if you have run out, but donāt lie to people who are trying to protect themselves and others. Very unprofessional and Iād avoid this place as much as possible.
