The Dr Ng and nurses are nice and friendly. They like to do kind info sharing🤗
I went here few year ago regarding to upgrsde my policy plan. He ask me didni have back bone pain? I tel doctor i have backpain because i just born my son. He write in the insurance paper and cause the insurance company ask me to do mri check and backbone scan and body checkup lastly they excluses my backbone and permanent disability😓
DO NOT go to this clinic

The indian receptionist was not being friendly and ridiculously rude! It will be my first and last time visiting this clinic.
Worst doctor I have seen in my entire life!! Dr Ng is very unprofessional and rude!
This morning, I brought my mum for NGT tube placement. We asked which position - sitting or lying down is best for tube insertion, he replied "up to you". Besides that, Dr Ng asked us how in depth the tube needs to be inserted? He is a doctor and he should know! He shouldn't ask this type of question to the patient's family!
In the afternoon, we saw the tube wasn't inserted properly and it's crooked. We went back to the clinic again and doctor showed us black face and acted rude! He even asked my mum's maid to help to put the plaster to secure the tube. He supposed to ask his nurse to help him instead of asking us to do ourselves!
After second time of NGT tube insertion, we checked the tube from the throat and it's crooked! We had no trust in the doctor anymore and we went to Klinik kesihatan instead. KK nurse also said the tube was installed wrongly!
Note to idiot Dr Ng: If you don't have the knowledge/ experience of inserting the tube, just tell us upfront instead of wasting our time and money!!! It's LIFE THREATENING if the tube isn't inserted properly! My mum suffered thrice because of YOUR wrongdoings! YOU AREN'T QUALIFIED TO BE A DOCTOR!! You shouldn't have shouted at us for your wrongdoings. We DON'T owe you!

One of the doctor Dr lew gave wrong diagnosis to my father condition. We first time visit this clinic due to public holiday and many clinic are not open. My father had hand numb and dizzy and Dr lew said my father was meniere disease and he gave some dizzy medicine for my father. While in the consultation my father even asked the doctor if he has stroke symptom due to hand numb and dizzy but the doctor diagnosed it was caused by Meniere disease. The second day my father still have hand numb and we immediate send him to pantai hospital. At the end the MRI report show than my father has stroke. Due to this Dr Lew wrong diagnosis and we missed out the golden hours. Fortunately My father are in recovery stage now and i hope everyone be cautious while choosing the reputable and reliable clinic/doctor.
Trusted and reliable clinic. Special thanks to Dr. Lew who handled a minor emergency case of ours. Dr. Lew was very professional and reassuring during the emergency treatment. Patient is recovering well and getting back to normal routines. We greatly appreciate Dr. Lew’s service and his patience towards an elderly patient. Thank you.
