Dr and staff very helpful, service was great and price for treatment and meds are reasonable. Minus one star due to lack of explanation from dr and staff on usage of meds. So need to ask and clarify few times. Other than that my experience was splendid!

Received Good treatment from Dr Guha, I experienced gastric problem and coughing for long time and visited many other clinics and the problem still not solved. After received treatment from Dr Guha, my gastric recovered. Dr gave me cefuroxime tabs which was Good for my stomach and cough syrup. Thank you.
Dato Dr Guha is professionally, patiently and giving the health advice on my sickness. The medicine he prescribed really helps me a lot especially for the phelgm with Lemonade flavour, it doesn't taste like medicine. Was having cough until difficulty to sleep, after taking it I feel better, thanks Dr.
Dato Dr. Guha was detailed and attentive in treating my girlfriend's abdominal pain and non-stop bloating. Already went to a few clinics but finally treated and was informed by Dr that it was due to the original drug meteospasmyl that he is using. Staffs were also friendly and patience. I went here few year ago regarding to upgrsde my policy plan. He ask me didni have back bone pain? I tel doctor i have backpain because i just born my son. He write in the insurance paper and cause the insurance company ask me to do mri check and backbone scan and body checkup lastly they excluses my backbone and permanent disability😓
Mahal gila . Suction sebelah telinga saja rm500 then bila cakap tiada cash mau pergi bank dlu cucuk duit dtg bayar you tiba2 jd 510 ? For 3 ubat saja. Klinik tiada aircond , bayar cuma boleh cash & transfer . Zaman bila klinik tak boleh bayar credit card or debit . Sekarang klinik kesihatan biasa pon sdh ada mesin swap 🙄terlalu mahal 500 untuk 1 telinga . I sudah cek harga klinik lain 1 telinga suction 120- 200 sja .. so T20 klinik u . Mampos la kalau org tiada wang tiba2 masuk mahal klinik biasa saja . Adui first n last

Come here since been reading good reviews. First time datang i bagitahu my baby batuk for week already then they bagi neb but having quite unpleasant impression with the female doc handling since she seems like don't know apa dia explain. After seminggu lebih come again sbb my baby still batuk and suddenly muntah muntah, i was rushing come to the clinic with my baby only covered with napkin. When enter the room baby I suddenly muntah lagi and menangis then the doc went straightly to check baby breathing while my baby tgh nangis then suddenly doc nya cakap "boleh tenangkan dia tak? Tak dgr lah nafas dia dia nangis" like seriously? I'm trying kot, dah baby i nangis sbb muntah muntah you nak i stop dia nangis immediately mmg take time lah. Then again, she macam dont know nak explain. Pasal vomit pun she answer macam "maybe sbb susu kot" and only gave ors and pesan "kalau baby mcm lembik then bawa klinik balik" like how can you treat pesakit when you sendiri taktahu what's going on. Then I decided to pergi jumpa pakar kanak kanak and guess what even paediatrician question why only crs given meanwhile they can give tahan muntah and antibiotics to treat batuk since baby already batuk for over 3weeks and paediatrician even said my baby vomit sbb bloating meanwhile this clinic boleh tak pasti and cakap "MAYBE sebab susu" and didn't even bother to check perut baby apa semua

The indian receptionist was not being friendly and ridiculously rude! It will be my first and last time visiting this clinic.
Excellent service ! Dr Hawa sazali and Dr Wan Hilmi are fantastic and very friendly. Took their time to explain my problem and very caring. Staff are also very friendly, nice and gentle with patients. Good ambience inside the clinic. Reasonable price too. For the first time I went to a 5 star clinic.. Thanks Klinik Bakti 🫶🏻

Worst doctor I have seen in my entire life!! Dr Ng is very unprofessional and rude!
This morning, I brought my mum for NGT tube placement. We asked which position - sitting or lying down is best for tube insertion, he replied "up to you". Besides that, Dr Ng asked us how in depth the tube needs to be inserted? He is a doctor and he should know! He shouldn't ask this type of question to the patient's family!
In the afternoon, we saw the tube wasn't inserted properly and it's crooked. We went back to the clinic again and doctor showed us black face and acted rude! He even asked my mum's maid to help to put the plaster to secure the tube. He supposed to ask his nurse to help him instead of asking us to do ourselves!
After second time of NGT tube insertion, we checked the tube from the throat and it's crooked! We had no trust in the doctor anymore and we went to Klinik kesihatan instead. KK nurse also said the tube was installed wrongly!
Note to idiot Dr Ng: If you don't have the knowledge/ experience of inserting the tube, just tell us upfront instead of wasting our time and money!!! It's LIFE THREATENING if the tube isn't inserted properly! My mum suffered thrice because of YOUR wrongdoings! YOU AREN'T QUALIFIED TO BE A DOCTOR!! You shouldn't have shouted at us for your wrongdoings. We DON'T owe you!

Before nak datang call nurse, tanya doc ada atau tak lepas tu kata ada. Bila dah sampai klinik cakap doc takda😡orang sakit sakit dtg dari jauh pergi klinik lepastu doc takda. Selamba suruh pergi klinik lain.jangan buang masa orang. Kalau boleh taknak bagi bintang langsung…. 👎🏾
One of the doctor Dr lew gave wrong diagnosis to my father condition. We first time visit this clinic due to public holiday and many clinic are not open. My father had hand numb and dizzy and Dr lew said my father was meniere disease and he gave some dizzy medicine for my father. While in the consultation my father even asked the doctor if he has stroke symptom due to hand numb and dizzy but the doctor diagnosed it was caused by Meniere disease. The second day my father still have hand numb and we immediate send him to pantai hospital. At the end the MRI report show than my father has stroke. Due to this Dr Lew wrong diagnosis and we missed out the golden hours. Fortunately My father are in recovery stage now and i hope everyone be cautious while choosing the reputable and reliable clinic/doctor.
Call just to enquire on pricing before going but the staff/Dr. is very cocky. Insisted me to attend the Clinic just to know on pricing and rudely dismiss my enquire. Not gonna come and i’ll leave a bad review due to bad attitude.

Cut throat prices!!! I mean ridiculously high!!! Not recommended for anyone including if you’re rich…charged me rm500 just to check blocked ears!!! Much rather go to medical centre than here for these kinda prices
Trusted and reliable clinic. Special thanks to Dr. Lew who handled a minor emergency case of ours. Dr. Lew was very professional and reassuring during the emergency treatment. bad experience ever here. The staff is not friendly, the doctor also. With the counter & medicine dispensary covered with white plastic, like dealing in a covid ward. Seriously, I didn't see the face of the person who was supposed to treat the patient during registration. The worst experience 10/9/2022, I took my child to do phlegm suction treatment. The doctor only sprays with normal saline & do suction directly using the machine. Shouldn't you do a nebulizer with normal saline & do some physio first?????? I can see my child suffering pain & bleeding during the suction process!!! Very disappointed with the doctor & staff who treated my child. The condition of the clinic is very scary and the suction machine is dirty. The cost very expensive with wrong procedure. Not recommend at all

Very rude doctor. Called the clinic on 02/08/22 at 11am to ask if I need fasting to do medical checkup but the way the doctor respond was very rude as though I own him money. Pls don't go to this clinic. The worst doctor ever

Un polite and ridiculous behaviour from the receptionist/staff they aren’t even aware of their consultation and registration fee. Were stating that only doctor know shame of the management. Well didn’t even want to give 1 star but had no choice to post a review

The so called occupational doctor made me wait 10 minutes and saw me for maybe less than 2 minutes, didn't bother to even check my blood pressure and was prescribing unnecessary medication.

One of the most recommended clinic in Klang. Dr.Mani (the owner) is very friendly and attentive. Always keeps the patient at ease regardless of any situation. Was suffering with extremely painful nail infection for the the past 1 week,was on medication with a different clinic but the swelling and pain got worse. Visited KT clinic yesterday ,Dr.Mani prescribed a new set of ABX and medications which brought tremendous improvement within a few hours of medication. I can't thank him enough for giving me a fast relief from the pain!!
Not recommended for all those B40 people. The bill is over priced as services. Old equipment and no facilities for debit/credit card transaction. Cash and Transfer Only. Wow. Unpredictable for Bill rm600. Need request advance for next month. So sad!!!
Operation hour says 7am but doc only vmg in 10.50am. We want to wait inside but asked to go out first. Governmrnt has removed social distancing but chairs being still covered, less than 4 people can be seated in. Literally no space to accompany our sick person. I been asked to stay out waiting when there's not even a waiting chair. Very pooor service. Never would stepped in unless for xray.

Worst clinic ever. Walked in to ask for refer letter as the gov hosp requested. Then this Indian doc came out to counter to understand what I need, picked my doc, read and just dump on the desk, can’t he pass back to me nicely or just put back on desk nicely the way he picked? And talk like I owe him money. I understood your difficulty of issuing refer letter, I also understood if you unable to provide any assistant but keep your doc ethic with you, patient finds you because we think we need you. Mind your attitude, your gesture. Most rude clinic ever.

Can't speak for the other doc but the one with the surname Lew is ridiculously rude and unempathetic. Never met a clinic doctor this rude and condescending before. Highly recommend him to review the Hippocratic Oath if he did pledge to it when he took up medicine.

Had my two kids for circumcision procedure early this year. Front staffs were friendly. Prior communication on the phone was good to. That were the plus points. But can't say the same with the surgical session: while the anesthesia may be given benefit of the doubt, both two my kids still remember the procedure as lying on the table with excruciating pain throughout (sharp pain to be exact). No reassurance from the medical practitioner, no reviewing if anesthesia really achieved, no communication with the kids (i.e. the patient). No post op care given. No signs of empathy.

Give wrong treatment. Its food poisoning but told me is gastric. Go other clinic after 1 hr, confirmed im getting food poisoning. How come replacement Dr make mistake? Very disappointed. I almost admitted to hospital because of this mistake.
Very humble and friendly doctor. He treated me and me child for many years. Knows his way with children and we get the best results.
Went today for nose checking (21 May 2020). No body temperature checking, only one bottle of hand sanitiser on counter. Doctor is good but not the nurse. I did a scope checking but I’m not really sure whether the tools is sanitised (Maybe it is but I doubt), no water from the pipe, no hand soap in the toilet.

I would say the doctor is very experienced but the environment is not safe in my opinion especially during this pandemic. Patient is expose to the risk of getting Covid-19.

Been here a number of times and can always recover the soonest. Such a humble doctor to be honest. Never met a professional like him. Many should be lucky to be treated by him. Good policy as a doctor.
