Extremely disappointed in Hibiscus. My child has been in the same level for 2yrs, they won't progress her, why? Because they aren't doing a good job teaching, because they have 6 children per class, swimming half of a 10m pool and she spends most of her time waiting. Not good enough. Not a good investment. Would not recommend.

We have only had positive interactions with the swim teachers at Hibiscus. Miss Pauline and Barb do a fantastic job with our daughter. Would recommend the center for swimmers of all ages.

Im giving 5 star because of a few great instructors there, particularly Candace. She is not only an amazing instructor, but also has great relationships with students and parents. She is very popular among kids due to her friendly nature but can be firm in her class if need be. As a parent of little swimmers, I really appreciate that. What an asset she is to the centre. Thank you and stay amazing!

Great instructors.
My 4 year old is getting better day by day after joininng Rackley swimming hibiscus. She gained a lot of confidence. The place is very inviting. Good staff at the front, always greet you with a smile and are ready to help you out.
Would highly recommend.

my 4 month old baby got school sores from your facility and upon checking up to see if any notices had been put up that I had suggested to be put up to warn other parents of the very contagious illness , I saw nothing of the sort .
You have lost not just me as a loyal customer but everyone I know or who will even think of going to your swimschool. Was also disgusted at the very lack of concern and response for the manager.

Thanks but no thanks I will take my business elsewhere

Amazing teachers, but sadly they lack support from management. Management have proven they don't care about supporting our child's progression and despite numerous attempts to receive calls to discuss they have failed to deliver. We'll miss Pauline and thank her deeply, she's a shining light, but until management start showing care to their clients we won't be back.

Great, supportive club with experienced coaches that are passionate about their roles and make it fun for the kids. All 3 of my boys train hard and love their swimming as well as the friendships they’ve made. The life long lessons from all the hard work are a bonus.
