Rackley Swimming Miami

My 14 month old daughter has been swimming here for a year but we are in the process of investigating other options because we are sick of dealing with their poor management. Unclear and inflexible policies regarding attendance and make up lessons, clunky unusable online portal, terrible communication. The supervisor is never available when you call the centre, staff say they can’t answer our questions about said policies, and emails are not responded to. Instructors are great, but management just wants your money.

Really good service. They run a super busy schedule, and were flexible and helpful when any issues came up.
Both my girls Bella and Sophie will be back no worries.
Good facilities. All good.

As other reviews, Jackie at reception is rude, dismissive, inflexible, speaks to us in a condescending manner and just been VERY unhelpful. Refusing to provide any solutions or options for us. We have left because of how badly she’s treated us on the phone. We’ve lost money paying for classes and unable to book make-ups because policies were unclear and unreasonable. Management should look into this as Rackleys is losing business due to rude staff like Jackie.

My daughter was swimming at Rackley 2 times per week. But 3 months not improving. I cut down to one time per week now, and see . But I was talking to the supervisor of Miami about why my daughter still do the same class for last few months, not up levels, but all she said that my daughter need to achieving the kick straight legs, but didn’t give her solution. Or at least tell the coach to focus helping her what she need . Instead doing nothing or not care at all. Parents postal not update her progress for two months. I’m very disappointed recently

Great facilities, and great swimming teachers. Miss Lou and Miss Aline are absolutely fantastic and my toddler loves going to his classes. I'd recommend it to anyone, as all the staff I've had contact with is super friendly.
