200 11th Avenue is a fairly new luxury condominium. It was built in 2009-2011 and is located in West Chelsea. 200 Eleventh Avenue is best known for having a sky garage where an elevator brings your car up to your unit.

Minimum ceiling heights of 11 feet – along with some double-height ceilings measuring between 16 and 24 feet – enhance open layouts.
Fourteen of the apartments have access to the innovative parking system. Amenities also include a full-time attended lobby, a fitness center with a terrace and central air conditioning.
