the workers don't suck at this one
I do not know how USPS is still around . I had missing items , missing mail and many times the stuff isn’t helpful . Private mail is more than expensive but it works much better .
I went in there today, the clerk that helped me was very nice and accommodating.
Today I had a appointment here and I was attended by a very disrespectful women named lourdes she was screaming at us because we were late when she could politely tell us that we were late. Not coming again!!
I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing 😈😈😈
Moncy was great! Happy, nice, helpful, and polite. We had a pleasant experience with him. He is the only reason I would go back to this location. And he is the only one I would want to have help me!
Needed 3 kid passports. Still sitting in the parking lot. LOURDES was FANTASTIC! So kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions. After weeks of going to post offices and “private” companies and getting awful employees or being turned away, Lourdes took care of my family and had 3 passports ready to go in 40 minutes! Highly recommend! GIVE LOURDES A RAISE!!!
