Two Lincoln Square

I have lived at 2 Lincoln Square for 3 years, I moved in during COVID and have had an incredibly positive experience. The building is incredibly well run from top to bottom, better than most Condo’s and Co-ops. Management is present and honest and makes it a priority to communicate with tenants. The team is led by Jody who I can not say enough good things about. Super professional and smart and honest, all rarities in this arena. The building does have renovations going on but that is a good thing because they constantly update and redecorate so the building will live up to the highest standards. The staff have always been responsive, flexible, courteous, and helpful. They always send informative emails to let residents know of any maintenance that will be taking place, and the expected duration of the work. The doormen and the whole staff are outstanding. Freddy, Robert, Kenny and Alex run a tight ship while being friendly and engaging. They are incredibly helpful in supporting all the residents. The workmen do a great job in keeping the building running, especially Federico, Claudio and Andre. A common theme with ALL the employees is a positive, friendly attitude, and that makes such a big difference in making the building a community. Anytime I need anything, forget anything, need something fixed it is taken care of immediately. The building is immaculate both front and back of the house. I would truly hate to ever leave this place!!!

My wife and I have been living here for about a year and have thoroughly enjoyed the building. The staff is helpful and friendly. Response time for any minor issues has always been quick. The building has made lots of improvements since we've been here. The roof deck is going to be phenomenal!

I have been here for just 40 days but Jody, Tiffany and All the concierge staff have treated me as a valued and respected tenant. I think it is indicative of the kindness, interest and professionalism here that a short term tenant is treated so well... all the tenants in coming and going are very nice and cheerful and that speaks for the positive living experience at Two Lincoln Square. I'm not the only one so happy to be here. This has been a lovely experience and I deeply express my gratitude to everyone ... and let's not forget Robert! :-)!!!! Blessings on you all guys!

My wife and I have lived at 2 Lincoln Square for 4 years and have had a wonderful, positive experience. The building is in a fantastic location on the UWS making it very easy to take advantage of Central Park, the neighborhood restaurants and Lincoln Center. We are very happy with the management staff. Jody and the staff have always been responsive, flexible, courteous, and helpful. They always send informative emails to let residents know of any maintenance that will be taking place, and the expected duration of the work. The doormen and the whole staff are outstanding. In reading other reviews, yes there has been construction but the building does a great job in communicating these changes. The updates in the elevators and a brand new amazing rooftop will cause issues today, but the end results will be a better experience for everyone.

Two Lincoln Square is truly one of the best places to live on the UWS. My fiance and I have lived here for a year now and have been really impressed with the great service from the leasing office and the building staff - they make you feel like family. We've been lucky to work with people like Jody (in the leasing office) who has made our Two Lincoln Square experience top notch. Very grateful to live here!

We moved into Two Lincoln Square two months ago, and have been so pleased with our decision. Our leasing professional, Kevin Gorman, and the leasing manager, Anna Aramboles, are gracious and efficient. They are available by phone, by email, and via the handy Building Link application. I also appreciate the efficiency of the building maintenance team. When I've scheduled an appointment to ask for assistance, the team responds immediately and arrives ahead of their estimated time window. When we signed our lease, we were informed by Kevin that repairs to the gas lines were challenging and difficult to estimate with the building department, but we did fine cooking with the provided hot plates. The management sent periodic emails to keep us informed, and restored the gas in our lines once the repairs were approved. Despite that inconvenience, we were happy with our decision to lease at Two Lincoln Square because of the staff, the kind residents, and the excellent location. The doormen and maintenance team go above and beyond to assist the residents. The team pays attention to little details, and makes the residents feel welcome and valued. We love walking through the doors to find someone in the lobby playing the piano or performing violin. It feels good to be a part of a caring community.

We are new tenants of the building and so far have had an excellent experience, especially during the leasing process. Kevin has been incredibly helpful and prompt in responding to any questions or requests we had while moving from out of state. The apartment was in pristine condition when we arrived and the doormen are amazing. The location to the park and views are a huge perk. We are so happy with our decision. The only downside is there is some work being done on our gas service, however, the building has provided an alternative cooking situation for us.
