Very nice people

Very low key spot in Downtown LA.

I went here for a Hollywood industry-related party. It's an interesting location that appears to be a converted factory building. It was a hip setup, but the surrounding neighborhood is rather sketchy.

It is cool old factory that can be turned into an event space. The party went off without an obvious hitch!

Recently was party of a wedding that took place here. Mostly good things, some bad. First the good. It's a great space and they're very open to letting you decorate. It's completely barren so you have all the power to organize as you please. High ceilings make for a really grand venue as well. Lots of cool little bits here and there too. The entrance can be through an old freight elevator, lots of exposed beams for hanging stuff, lots of natural lights from skylight windows. The bad parts though include the fact that bc it is just an empty warehouse, it's a lot more work on you to decorate... Often more than the wedding couple plans for. You're pretty much in charge of providing everything. There aren't very many outlets around for lighting. Lastly the valet service was not good. This isn't the wedding venue exactly, but I assume they contract out to the valet service. Anyways they hit a car early in the night and when I picked up my own car at the end of the night they had knocked my phone holder completely off my vent... How I don't know. At the end of the day this venue is the perfect place for some, just know what you're getting yourself into
