Everyone was helpful, friendly and provided useful tips. I would definitely use them again. From rental to shuttle service BRFS was wonderful.

I would definitely use their service again. Matt was very helpful and accommodating. I would call first or make a reservation next time. Matt had loaded a sit on top kayak, and I asked for sit in kayak. He was happy to assist 😊 however the kayak had only one foot rest and the seat back didn't stay upright. Next time I would check out the kayak first. The Buffalo River is amazing!!! So very beautiful ❤️

BRFS is incredible; I cannot sing their praises enough! I was camping with a group of friends at Buffalo Point Campground, and Aaron made sure we were able to float *right* back down to our campsite. He was unbelievably accommodating, and went above and beyond to work with our specific needs.

They're in a great location, hard-working, friendly, and excellent at what they do; float Buffalo River Float Service!

We’ve used buffalo river float service twice now and have no complaints! Dog friendly for no extra fee, everyone was friendly and our canoe was in good shape and served us well for our 3 day trip :) The buffalo river is such a special place and we can’t wait to come back again!

Great business and very accommodating, especially for us late city folk. Greatest part was the nature experience of a life time.

These guys were so nice & very knowledgeable about the river! Don't forget your take out though, the next take out is almost 2 days down the river! We were able to float almost 13 miles to Buffalo River National Park camp ground to camp out. Super clean camp sites & the river was beautiful. We only had about 10 spots that we had to drag the canoes over. We floated the Maumee to Rush trip.

Just floated with them this weekend for a 1 night 2 day trip and had a great experience! The water levels were a bit low I a few places but certainly still floatable! We saw only two other groups during our 25 mile float and essentially had the river to ourselves which was great! So much wildlife as well!
We brought our own kayaks and rented a canoe from them for our tents, gear, and food. The process to get to the river was smooth, as was the return. We got out at Rileys Landing which charges 5 bucks boat to get out. This is at the opposite bank where the Buffalo River intersects the White river. The current of the White river is pretty strong and really cold so just a heads up there. We planned to swim after arrival but quickly decided against that as our bodies went numb! You will have to paddle pretty hard to get across this part at the end.

We had an issue with my spare key not working so after arrival at our destination at Rileys Landing we had to have them come and take us back to the float service building. But typically your car is located there opposite their office from the river and you can leave when you are ready.

There is no cell service at Rileys Landing. You will need to go up to their office which is up and left of the pull out spot and ask to use their landline to call. If you need them to take you back be aware that it will then be about 45 minutes for them to get to you from when you call.

We found an excellent place to camp at the inlet of Big Creek (blue dot on Google screen shot) which is not quite the halfway point between Rush and Buffalo City but pretty close to it. We were able to finish this 25 mile trip comfortably within 2 days. We put in about 1pm Saturday and got out about 4pm Sunday. This included several stops along the way and a bit of just letting to flow take us as well.
