Cane here to donate my couch. Saw ABSOLUTELY NO signs saying I couldn't just drop it off. Clear signs that said drive through. Sat and waited for 5 minutes for someone to help me and no one did so I just simply dropped off my couch and left. I decided that I should go in and look inside of the actual store and one of the employees came out and told us we couldn't just drop off our couch and we had to get it approved acting as if we knew that. We did not. Took us to someone who told us he couldn't approve our couch because it was too dirty and that what we did was illegal. Acted as if we knew exactly what we were doing and that we were intentionally dumping stuff off against policy. Did not appreciate being treated like a criminal even though there are no signs that said we couldn't do what we did. Literally as we willingly followed this employee to have our couch approved another employee yelled "did you catch them". I thought everyone there was rude. Please update your signs. Will not be going back.

Wow! I hate leaving bad reviews for an organization trying to do good but…

I can’t believe how rude the gentleman was when we came to donate our couch and loveseat. A) There was literally one thread that you could see on the seam of one cushion so they said they didn’t want it. Odd but fine. B) The big part was that he then abruptly demanded we leave. We were leaving but he just was rude out of nowhere. Had to ask him to calm down. Wow!

Hopefully, he was just having a bad day but.. seriously… let’s be better people, especially when we were donating over $500 worth of furniture.

One of the female cashiers likes to charge extra on items purchased by people of color.

Charged me $1.00 for a 40 inch strip of wood. When I told her a longer piece in the bin was priced 50 cents, she replied: "I think this is a good price for this." Then she said I should go and bring her the piece I was talking about so she could check it.

Lotsa stuff. Even the kitchen sink. They've made quite a few changes that make movement through the store easier. Some prices are very economical. Some items seem on the high side but overall I really love ❤ restore. For items I'm looking for & inspirational ideas.

Recently the prices have skyrocketed. Whoever is doing the pricing now is really off base. While we were shopping I heard 3 other customers complain out loud about the prices and how they have went up. There is one older gentlemen that volunteers(?) there that is very rude,, grumpy and not helpful. Its also very disheartening to see a non profit organization that is suppose to help others charge an absurd amount for used wheelchairs and medical devices. We were not shopping for one but watched a family look at the few that were there. They were in poor shape and wayyy too expensive! Things like wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs that are well used and have been donated should be minimally priced.
I understand that this is how they fund their program but the price increase is dramatic compared to what it was.
