Very interesting museum! They show different tools of communication from time to time. Also, I love very much the building.. Must try!
One of the most interesting museums in Berlin. Very good balance between facts and interactive activities. I highly suggest this museum to anyone of any age. Worth the time and the money.
A museum set up in one of the most important buildings in Berlin. Built on several levels, it mainly talks about communication in Germany. Post office. I would have expected at least a more semantic section, but for the average user it is decidedly exhaustive. Highly recommended especially for children (robots, interactive installations) and for school groups. Keep an eye out for the interesting non-permanent thematic exhibitions.
An amazing museum of post and communication history, a telegraph, phone, radio, the Morse decoder🤩.
It has:
- an outstanding post stamp collection with rare samples,
- an original letter from the Titanic ship,
- a collection of old global post boxes,
- an extraordinary exhibition of letters,
- ancient communication instruments and tools,
- older express letters delivered by the only transport type in the world Zeppelin.
And it all only for 8 Euros per adult👍 It also depicts the communication history between the former West and Ost Germany. I loved it so much!!!

Tolles "Museum", da es modern gestaltet ist. Man mit nicht zu viel Text überfrachtet wird und viel zum Angucken und Ausprobieren ist. Vor allem das interaktive Mitmachtablet für kids ist super.

Eine sehr interessante Dauerausstellung rund um die Geschichte der Post. Zu empfehlen ist die Audioguide Führung über die App. Aber es ist auch ohne alles sehr anschaulich beschrieben. Gelungen die Atmosphäre in der Schatzkammer im Untergeschoss. Die Akustik in den Säulen ist allerdings sehr sehr leise.
Interessantes, kurzweiliges Museum, nicht zu überladen. Perfekt für einen Familienausflug mit Kindern, sehr viel interaktive Stationen zum ausprobieren und mitmachen. Und es ist in einem wunderschönen Gebäude, sehr sehenswert. Und wirklich großes Lob an die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, selten so nette Museumsmitarbeiter erlebt :-)
