Victoria Compounding Pharmacy

My vet had ordered special medicine from Victoria compounding pharmacy for my pet mouse. It really helped, but eventually after a couple weeks she took a turn for the worse. I had ordered another course of medicine to pay for and pick up, and when I went in and told them she had passed they said not to worry about it. It wasn’t cheap medicine by any means, and that kind gesture meant so much to me, as well as their ability to supply specialized medicine that my vet had requested. Wonderful service, and very kind and generous people. Also lovely location with interesting curios and antiques from bygone pharmacy days. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 😊👍❤️

I’m so grateful to the pharmacist here. I came in to pick up a rx that was already prepared and we discovered I could get it about 40% cheaper at a different pharmacy. He *happily and voluntarily* voided the transaction and transferred the prescription to the other pharmacy. He was willing to loose my business so I could save ~$90. Integrity like this is hard to find.

They are great here they compounded $500 worth of stuff for me and arranged to have it sent out by cab in less then 3 hours amazing service have used them before their compounding is the best snd fastest service in Victoria especially if your in pain.

Victoria compounding has truly gone above and beyond for me. I spent over 13+ hours last Monday trying to track down a medication I take that is on back order til mid April. Thankfully I found 2 Forbes ida pharmacies that made it possible for me to have it all at one location and then Karen from Victoria compounding managed to get ahold of more of this medication and is going to get it to my pharmacy at eagle creek who has so kindly agreed to keep it just for me so I don’t have to worry. Thanks Victoria compounding for going above and beyond for me and treating me like a human being when majority of pharmacies just said “no we don’t carry it without even checking and then hanging up on me “. Monday was one of my most stressful days as I didn’t know what to do if I couldn’t get enough of the medication I needed. I was so scared about the withdrawals I read about and how I could have seizures, hallucinations and so many more scary things could happen. I feel so blessed that I found Victoria compounding which took it upon themselves to order it and do a transfer. I can’t thank them enough. Every person I’ve spoken with at Victoria compounding has been an absolute delight. We need more pharmacies like this and Forbes Ida. They truly care about their patients and I’m beyond grateful for everything you’ve done to help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means the world to me that you were able to find it and then transfer it and most importantly you treated me with such kindness, compassion, understanding and support. If you need an amazing compounding pharmacy I would recommend them 100% I promise you won’t be disappointed. I think it’s because they are smaller pharmacies so they are not run by big business conglomerates. Trust me when I say , put your trust in Victoria compounding. They truly saved me from what could have been a living nightmare. There’s not even enough words to say how thankful and grateful I am for what they did. I just want you to know that your hard work didn’t go unnoticed and I truly appreciate every single one of you as I’m sure it’s been a team effort. There is a Canada wide shortage of childrens Tylenol at the moment. Victoria Compounding Pharmacy can take regular Tylenol and mix childrens doses.
Families need this right now and there is a ton of demand. But businesses like Victoria compounding pharmacy still charge a minimum $50 fee for a 100 ML bottle. If you can’t see that you are part of the problem you should give your head a shake …

This place is amazing. They are so helpful and patient. We were having trouble with our insurance requesting more information several times for multiple prescriptions and they were absolutely on top of it. Very friendly service and very responsive. Absolutely recommend.
