Extremely slow wait times. It’s not super busy, yet there’s a crazy long wait. I was here on Tuesday and they had me waiting in the doctors office for 40 mins and my appointment took 2 minutes. Today I had to come back for test results and I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 hrs. For test results. That take 2 seconds to tell me.
It’s the most frustrating when I see doctors and front desk staff chatting and laughing and walking around not doing anything but getting some tea/coffee. I have other things to do in my day than wait at a walk in. Extremely disappointing especially considering someone recommended this place because they were “really good.”

The doctors and staff helped us a lot and patient with our situation , doctor ziyad ( pharmacist) is great and doing his best for the patients to get their medication.
Visited mavis medic on a Saturday, accompanying my husband who is the patient of one of the doctors at this clinic. The staff was welcoming. The doctor gives ample time to each patient and provided detailed counseling to my husband on his different health issues and how to deal with them. We had to wait for around an hour, but the wait was justified, given the time and individual attention that is given to every patient. We were very satisfied with the service we received!
My local walk in clinic was fully booked so I just walked into this clinic that I had never been to before. Very courteous staff. I was seen in 20 minutes although it was busy and given a prescription. The prescription was filled in 5 minutes and the pharmacy tech and pharmacist were very efficient. Will definitely return.
My vet had ordered special medicine from Victoria compounding pharmacy for my pet mouse. It really helped, but eventually after a couple weeks she took a turn for the worse. I had ordered another course of medicine to pay for and pick up, and when I went in and told them she had passed they said not to worry about it. It wasn’t cheap medicine by any means, and that kind gesture meant so much to me, as well as their ability to supply specialized medicine that my vet had requested. Wonderful service, and very kind and generous people. Also lovely location with interesting curios and antiques from bygone pharmacy days. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 😊👍❤️

This store used to be the best one around for markdown deals. Now their stock hardly ever changes, and they rarely mark things down. They still have a lot of Christmas items, and they're not marked down. The little clearance section at the front has looked mostly the same for months. Some of the staff are wonderful and will go above and beyond for you. Some staff are miserable to deal with (a few of the ones who have been there a long time) and make you feel unwelcome in their small town store. I used to like going to this store. Not anymore. I dread it.

Very little diverse food items and selection. Only puts 50% off produce when it's already inedible, but I hear Galen is getting rid of discounts anyway so, I can only imagine how much good waste they generate.

My daughter had fever right before Christmas holiday. We had no appointment and it was the time that the clinic was about to close. The doctor still took us in and gave my daughter medicine. We really appreciate the kindness of the doctor.
I loved the service. They are working so hard everyday. The team is highly professional and they are always ready to understand. I took treatment from Dr. Ul Haq and Dr. Qureshi , both are very polite and best doctor I have seen. Also, I loved the administration staff. Definitely one can rely on them whenever someone has any health concern. Sometimes I need to wait a little bit because of heavy volume of patients but its always a worth waiting.

I love Cridge Pharmacy and have been going to the Fort Street location since they opened. The owner, Jason is amazing; however, I don’t often see him anymore as he has become more operationally focused as his business has grown. Patrick, who has been at Cridge since earlier days is also amazing and I trust the care he gives me explicitly. I have found it challenging to transition my care from him to any of the new staff members as I am used to Patrick. From time to time, I will also go to the Cook Street location as the pharmacist Chris is fantastic, too. Simply put, Cridge — regardless of the location — provides excellent care.
My family and I have been coming to Mavis Medix since 2020, when our family doctor was not seeing patients due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Over the past 3 years, the doctors and clinic staff have always made me feel comfortable and heard. Never have I felt my concerns are being dismissed, something unfortunately I’ve had to experience with other physicians. Because of the quality of care they provide, we did not hesitate before rostering with them. They offer a holistic approach to wellness and genuinely care for their patients, which is why I will continue recommending them to my family, friends, and community members!
Dr.Khan is incredible! She is kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. I love that she is so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand every step of my diagnosis and treatment. I always feel my concerns are heard and she takes her time with appointments. I highly recommend this doctor.

It's your standard grocery store... but it was difficult to get there as Google maps kept directing us to entrances that were one-way exits. The selection is very minimal. Otherwise, it's decent for the location.
My first time coming to this Maxi as a pit-stop going to a friend's place. Was surprised at how big it was and just how large of a fruits & veggie department they have. Was quite clean as well on my visit. Noticed a lot of items that my local Maxi doesnt have. Overall good spot!
Hi just commenting about the new assistant at the front when you walk in many complaints about the Arabs and how they are taking to the younger women and especially the women in there late teens. This is disgusting and unacceptable behaviour brought by ours truly the ARABIAN and they should go back to there desserts the one today was looking at a place where he should have not been looking and said your cute can I have your number? He is 30 and she was 16 gross behaviour. He was working on December 3rd 2023 at 2 pm. Please say something and do something about this it’s happening all over this place I see it everywhere the Arabs always look where they shouldn’t look !!!

Do not like the gates feel like a animal been sent to be slathered. As a senior living alone I hate the multiple sales and if you only want one you pay through the nose. Hate the lack of cashiers as someone with a handicap those self checkouts are not convenient. Don't like the reduced hours for the pharmacy there are products that are not available because they're lock up .

Huge rave to the pharmacist at Hillside Pharmacare. They helped my family member when the written prescription couldn’t be found after a visit to the hospital. Wonderful man who really cares.
Great, but there are few bus lines in the street. Access is not very easy to this store. The prices are better than other stores in my opinion.
Got my Covid shot here and the staff where very efficient and friendly.
On of the nurses there there is no good. My son cut a finger nail badly. Nurse, I presume, just dripped a liquid on it, I presume antiseptic, from an almost empty bottle and the put on plaster. I repeatedly asked how often to return for dressing, she asked me to dress it at home. There was part of the nail obviously detached. I do not know how to deal with that.
Great experience as always by Nurse Stephanie and the office staff. This is my 3rd visit. The $55 fee for the lesion check is well worth it.
Never visit this clinic. It’s better to go to Emergency than coming to this clinic. Both takes the same time and at times, emergency is faster than this walk in clinic. Only good thing is Dr. Sandhu is helping good and trying her best but the clinic is very very very very slow. Everything is slow moving.
Fellas, the only bad thing is the rusty carts and that the line-ups can get long during busy times. The products are cheaper than most grocery stores and I've never faced any issues with product quality.
My partner and I have called so many times and they never answer the phone. The moment I call from a different number they pick up right away, I question why they never answer their phone because patients are trying to get a hold of them and they hang up on me. I would not recommend these people at all. If I could give them a 0 I would!

I’m so grateful to the pharmacist here. I came in to pick up a rx that was already prepared and we discovered I could get it about 40% cheaper at a different pharmacy. He *happily and voluntarily* voided the transaction and transferred the prescription to the other pharmacy. He was willing to loose my business so I could save ~$90. Integrity like this is hard to find.
Had a very pleasant experience at this clinic today. We just walked in with no appointment, however I did call before hand. My 3 year old daughter saw Dr. Rami Zawi, who was really great. Overall a very positive visit. Receptionist & pharmacist were both great as well !

Watch out at Maxi Verdun - bought this ground beef today. Package and price for 1.313kg. Was weighting it out for a recipe and it didn't seem right. Weighed the full package and it was only 802g. Missing over 40% of what it claimed it was (500g).

Made my pregnant wife sit alone in a room for over an hour before getting a booster shot. The doctor did not examine her. The most unpersonalized care. If you want to be seen by a doctor who is too important to check on the health and well-being of a 7 month pregnant woman this is your place. I am glad we have alternative options for the care of our unborn child because I don't think this doctor gives two hoots about patients. This is also not the only time this has happened. This is the one that broke the camels back.
I have been Dr. Qureshi's patient for almost 2 years now, and I have always received the treatment as needed. It is definitely a busy place but they try their best to consider if you have an emergency (like if you need to leave early), all you gotta do is to get to the receptionist and patiently explain the situation. The receptionist at the front, also suggests going to the after-hours clinic when doc is not available considering the emergency, which is very helpful at times when regular hours do not work. Also, I have been put on hold on calls as well but never got hung up without getting answered. I am surely satisfied with my experience at the clinic.
Your half the problem gets cured when you are being looked after by a caring, intelligent, and professional team. Dr Qureshi and her team and the front office are incredibly caring, proficient, and accommodating. Both - my mom and I have been associated with the clinic for over a year and feel assured that we are in safe hands. They will not give back the deposits on the large bottles of water . We recently bought 3 jugs for our camping stay in the area but were surprised to learn we could not bring the bottles back for our $30 deposit back after the camping trip . We knew nothing of this return only for exchange when we paid the deposit. Please explain the reasoning of this . Thought the whole idea of the deposit was to ensure the bottles were returned, regardless of who returns the jugs.
The store is clean, people are friendly. I can't get over how much more expensive the "frills" are. Even the No-Name products are more expensive than there are at the NoFrills store. I only stopped here because I forgot to pick up ice cream at the No-Frills in Bridgewater. I did but many of the reduced items, that I would normally never buy at regular price. So we have many treats this week.
My husband and I came in to buy a skin care product developed by a dermatologist in Victoria. We were assisted in locating the product by Lani in Cosmetics. Lani was very knowledgeable in the product and provided helpful advice to my husband on using it. She also helped us find other products like the magic Eraser which was in another department. She helped me clean my Apple Watch silicone band to bring it back to its original state. Lani puts her customers first and she went above and beyond to help us have an amazing experience!!! We will definitely return to this Pharmasave for future purchases. Thanks again Lani for all your help.
I mainly get prescription refills at the pharmacy, and they have been easy to deal with and deliver right to my home with no issues! I’m very happy with the service at this pharmacy!
Mavis Medix is a wonderful clinic that provides exceptional care and service.Dr.Naal is wonderful doctor who listen to u very carefully about all your concerns very patiently and give solution to all things.he is taking care of my baby from day 1 and baby also enjoys her. Dr.Khan is extraordinarily doctor. She is always willing to answer any questions and concerns. The staff are equally impressive. They are always willing to assist with anything. Overall, my experience with Mevis Medix has been exceptional. I have never had any troubles during appointments, and I have always felt that my health and wellbeing are their top priority.

Today I got an amazing experience in this walking clinic! The staff are professional and pleasant! Doctor definitely knows what he is doing! Before prescribing antibiotic he checked my daughter, took a blood test, listened carefully for describing the symptoms (you know how it is important to find a doctor who is listening)! My friend recommended me this clinic and I highly recommend everyone who has kids to come for help here!

I'm tired of people using the bike lane as free parking. Sure you can unload and pick up elderly and people with mobility issues. BUT people just idle there or park for free instead of the paid parking lot or parking at walmart or wiliams and walking 200m on the foot path or student parking lot. I'm just going to keep reporting it to the city (probably just to have it continuously ignored)
Victoria compounding has truly gone above and beyond for me. I spent over 13+ hours last Monday trying to track down a medication I take that is on back order til mid April. Thankfully I found 2 Forbes ida pharmacies that made it possible for me to have it all at one location and then Karen from Victoria compounding managed to get ahold of more of this medication and is going to get it to my pharmacy at eagle creek who has so kindly agreed to keep it just for me so I don’t have to worry. Thanks Victoria compounding for going above and beyond for me and treating me like a human being when majority of pharmacies just said “no we don’t carry it without even checking and then hanging up on me “. Monday was one of my most stressful days as I didn’t know what to do if I couldn’t get enough of the medication I needed. I was so scared about the withdrawals I read about and how I could have seizures, hallucinations and so many more scary things could happen. I feel so blessed that I found Victoria compounding which took it upon themselves to order it and do a transfer. I can’t thank them enough. Every person I’ve spoken with at Victoria compounding has been an absolute delight. We need more pharmacies like this and Forbes Ida. They truly care about their patients and I’m beyond grateful for everything you’ve done to help me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It means the world to me that you were able to find it and then transfer it and most importantly you treated me with such kindness, compassion, understanding and support. If you need an amazing compounding pharmacy I would recommend them 100% I promise you won’t be disappointed. I think it’s because they are smaller pharmacies so they are not run by big business conglomerates. Trust me when I say , put your trust in Victoria compounding. This store is amazing! I had to special order a prescription, and it was expected to take 4-5 days to arrive. While I understood the issue, I was not happy about it and was expecting 4 days of misery.
But the pharmacy managed to locate an alternate source AND they dropped the meds off at my house the next day.... Thank you!

Had a good first time experience here, my family doctor was booked and I had to look for a walk in clinic. I called prior to ask if they had any availability and at the time they didn’t but did offer to call if there was an available spot. They returned the promise and called back after a spot opened up and I was able to get an appointment. Waiting time was long but that’s fine, and everyone was really nice and accommodating.
I had a wonderful experience with the people from Whole Health Pharmacy, especially Ms. Cathy and Mr. Asim, who provided timely and efficient service.

Walk-in was busy but the office manager booked me a same day appointment. Upon arrival, I was immediately taken to my room with a very short wait time. The doctor listened to and acknowledged my concern, completed an exam, and followed up with a prescription for some testing. The whole process was quick, clean and simple. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
There is a Canada wide shortage of childrens Tylenol at the moment. Victoria Compounding Pharmacy can take regular Tylenol and mix childrens doses.
Families need this right now and there is a ton of demand. But businesses like Victoria compounding pharmacy still charge a minimum $50 fee for a 100 ML bottle. If you can’t see that you are part of the problem you should give your head a shake …

I have no benefits and required a really expensive prescription. These folks were the only pharmacy in town (after making 10 phone calls) that was willing to help me make it more affordable. They're exceptional human beings, which makes for a good business. Thanks so much Fridge family!

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional receptionist. (Blonde female) I went in with my girlfriend as she needed to re-book an appointment because it got accidentally cancelled by the receptionist. She couldn’t get through on the phone for over 2 weeks trying so we drive from kitchener to book the appointment. My girlfriend came out of the office very upset while I was waiting in the parking lot. I went back in with her and were given horrible attitude immediately and we’re cut as she slammed the glass and locked it. Completely uncalled for as there was no disrespect given to her. She has been with this doctor for a very long time and says that he is a great doctor. Can’t say the same for his receptionist.

One of the worst reception “ladies” of all time.(blonde curly hair probably named karen ) Full of attitude. Talks back doesn’t let you book your appointments. Cancels your appointments on you without you knowing! . Will take everything out of context . Very sexiest. Doesn’t answer the phone. You play phone tag just so you can talk to YOUR doctor . Very very unprofessional establishment . The doctors are great the people at the desks are very disrespectful . Do not recommend this to anyone . I’ve had the same doctor in within family for 45+ years never had a problem with reception until now. Very unimpressed DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have never been to a pharmacy where I was treated with so much care and respect. The pharmacist Jasneet took such good care of my family when we came in for COVID testing. Jasneet took her time to address all of our questions and concerns and even went out of her way to help us with the medications we need for travel.

This place is amazing. They are so helpful and patient. We were having trouble with our insurance requesting more information several times for multiple prescriptions and they were absolutely on top of it. Very friendly service and very responsive. Absolutely recommend.
The staff here are so friendly - special shoutout to the very kind folks who work in the pharmacy who are personable and informative. Always seamless and medications are always ready on time. We used to live in the area but now live downtown, but we still continue to come to this Pharmasave based on our experiences.

I called in pharmacy 3 days back and they sent me link for registration immediately, today I done test for me and my wife and got result within 8 hours. Very reasonable price and staff is very professional.
Right now I am at the airport. During check in, my husband was required to show the time that I recieved my covid test. Fogal Pharmacy did not include that detail on the form, and we had to wait quite a while for them to contact him and send the updated form with the timings. This should have been included in the form, it is the pharmacy's responsibility to include the necessary details for people who are travelling. Disappointing. Whoever is looking to get a covid test from here should be careful and make sure they have all details necessary for their travels, because the pharmacy sure won't.

The procedure was quick and hassle free. The young lady was very pleasant and efficient. The price for RT-PCR Test is reasonable and affordable unlike other places that are taking advantage to make money.
My wife and I stopped at this tiny pharmacy for her 3rd Covid shot . We were early . She had an appt I did not. They promptly vaccinated both of us anyway. Fast friendly and an eclectic mix of products.
I walked in for PCR covid test and staff asked me to scan the QR code to book myself in queue, after waiting for my turn for half an hour I received a text to come in, front guy asked me about my appointment, which I did not schedule. I don't get if walk-in's are not allowed, why the hell I was asked to sign up for the queue?
How hard is it for you guys to put a sign saying "no walk in's"?

I would recommend to everyone who is looking for RT-PCR to travel. I got my result in only less then 6 hours. Waiting in virtual line was so safe

This is one of the best services that I have gotten from a pharmacy. The staff are so kind, efficient and helpful especially Kathy. Our family gets our medications on time as they are delivered and they do the refills. They take extra care of their customers. We got our flu shot today, and it was a quick and fast service!
I have been using the services of Whole health pharmacy ever since they opened few years back. Very efficient & friendly staff. I normally interact with Kathy, I always have my meds ready in time for pickup or delivery. Kathy follows up with my Dr. incase of any refills.

When I arrived, I was treated with great disrespect and rudeness from the staff behind the counter. I feel it very important to warn the general public since people shouldn't be treated like this, while trying to tackle their personal health needs, regardless of any scenario or case.

Great experience conducting RT PCR COVID test for travel. Book online using the QR code in attached photo. After you arrive verify the information in the printed forms. Sign it. Staff explains and gives a page showing how to get your test results online. Pay for the test. The test itself takes less than a minute. It doesn't hurt at all. Staff is very friendly. Test taken at 6:20pm and results were available by 8:30am on the next day.
Unexpectedly kind staff behind the pharmacy counter and fast and detailed fill of prescription. As a first time visit, I was blown away by the care and individual approach of the pharmacist and the team. Keep up the great work, so glad this place opened so close to where I live!
Very bad experience. Covid test was SO harsh. Kids were crying, adults felt sick after the test. The man was soo harsh and went in both noses for a very long time. We had to sneeze while he was going in the nose and he just kept on going and going. I have done covid tests many time and out of all this one was definitely the WORST. Every other covid test only goes for less then 5 seconds in the nose but this man put it in for like 20 seconds. This pharmacy doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I would give 0 if I could. I felt like I was going to die
I went to Whole Health Pharmacy Cooksville for a COVID test for travel and was blown away by the service. Hands down the best service I have ever received! Melanie was super helpful in helping me meet the very particular requirements of my outbound destination as well as working around my difficult timing constraints. Very positive experience and would recommend to anyone needing a COVID test for travel.

Our loyalty, for some 40 years, in Vancouver and then upon our move to Victoria recently was to a large western chain. We could not resist however trying out the Fort Royal Pharmacy Oak Bay which was but a 5 minute walk from our new home. We are delighted and hope to repeat another several decades of loyalty! A small pharmacy so no wandering aimlessly through a huge store; very rapid friendly service; questions are answered with authority and clarity; and in a pinch no fuss home delivery is available. And the costs are fair on top of welcome senior's discounts.
I've been coming here ever since they opened their Oak Bay location and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The staff are wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I understand walk in clinics are busy and a wait time should be expected due to the unpredictable nature. However, I made an appointment online through their booking system, hoping it would lessen the wait. Currently, it’s been over 1.5 hours and still waiting c: I’ve seen patients arrive after me get seen promptly within 20 minutes.
Long wait times of more than 6 weeks for Ian MacPhee for a simple family doctor visit and inability to use clinic's walk-in if assigned to a doctor. Faulty online booking system and difficult to reach receptionist on the phone. Unacceptable service standards plus paid parking. They will try to squeeze any penny from you. Nearby Edinburgh clinic wait times are much lower and doctors are more accessible.
Phenomenal facility and staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have my doctor, pharmacist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist and dermatologist all under one roof. All the medical staff and receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
