Clean toilet, wash sink faucet is upside down
Here have a free restroom, opens for anyone.
Not the prettiest but felt very clean and very well maintained. If I were to compare my experience and that of the cat I saw pooping nearby, I think mine was better!

Clean and unisex. Toilets are steel prison toilets. No seat paper.
Great public bathroom. I would imagine it is the closet public restroom to the Roosevelt Island tram. It is just a short ~10 minute walk south from the tram along the river. The restroom is clean and warm and has a nice place to wash your hands. Nicer and has more stalls than going to Starbucks.
