Very bad customer service the chicken was sooooo salty and soggy. Never ever going there again.

The staff had horrible attitude. It’s 12:30PM and nothing is ready (no ice, no poutine sauce, no chicken). Waited 20mins in line and worker didn’t even bother to take my order so I left.

I don't expect much from PFK but I can't believe this was a $12 meal. I went there once and they ran out of chicken? In the middle of the afternoon?

Always terrible lazy service. Tried to get the cashier’s attention. He was sitting in the back on the counter on his phone. His shoes were right next to the prepared chicken.

Had to go else where

1) because the employee was too busy texting on his phone.

2) his dirty shoes were right next to prepared food!! I’m sure it was a health violation!!!

WORST KFC EVER. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO CHICKEN IN A CHICKEN RESTAURANT. Think about that. How is that for customer service?

I was waiting in line to order for several minutes then when it was my turn, and then the guy working at the cash said that. Only some chicken burgers. I could not believe what I heard and had the guy repeat what he said. After I left. The staff left to the back and customers were waiting out in front for quite a while after. This was on prime time Saturday afternoon.. I really can't get past how shocked I was. Only in Quebec!

I give one star to the friendly apologetic cashier. The KFC was out of chicken and ketchup, so we ordered a zinger. The chicken in the sandwich is much smaller than that of elsewhere. It was more like a chicken strip. Absolutely recommended against going to this KFC.

$11.39 for a few chicken tenders that were soggy, some stale fries, and some popcorn chicken that had been cooked probably 5 hours before we got it. They ran out of drinks somehow, and didn't compensate anyone even though all their combos have drinks in them. "Hey guys, pay full price for this garbage meal but you also don't even get the full meal!"

The other Laval store was terrible too and it went out of business, and honestly it had better quality (by the smallest of margins).
