Cortland North Brookhaven

I love living at Cortland North Brookhaven! I just signed my third lease because there is no other complex in which I would prefer to live. The location is extremely convenient with many close services and businesses and easy access to major roads and interstates, but those are not the main things that make Cortland North Brookhaven a great place to live.

The entire staff is outstanding, including the property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff. They are always friendly, professional, and know residents by name. Interesting and fun activities are planned for residents monthly or more often. All of the staff quickly address any concerns and maintenance requests are handled within hours or less.

Cortland North Brookhaven is a safe, gated community. Residents are respectful and quiet which provides a comfortable environment.

The complex is very well maintained and attractive. The grounds are meticulously manicured. Cortland North Brookhaven offers a wide variety of unique floor plans which feel more like a home than the typical square box layouts seen in most complexes. My apartment has interior arches, crown molding, a large walk-in closet, pantry, large laundry room, and a spacious patio with a roomy attached storage room.

Cortland North Brookhaven has excellent amenities including a community room, beautiful pool, large well-equipped gym, a dog park, and coffee is always available to residents in the leasing office. In addition to all these great amenities, we are very close to the Chamblee Rail Trail which can be accessed from the property.

If you are looking for a safe, beautifully maintained property with an outstanding staff in a convenient location, Cortland North Brookhaven can’t be surpassed. It’s a great place to live!

We have been in the community for a little over 2 months. The atmosphere is safe and friendly and the staff has done an amazing job at helping us with anything we need. I'm sure the transition between tenants can be difficult at times but maintenance was so prompt to answer our concerns and get them fixed! We love the opportunity to meet neighbors at events and look forward to more as the summer approaches. Thank you to Andrea and the maintenance staff in particular for all of their help.

I used to live in a different Cortland decided to move to this community at the end of my lease. Automatically, I knew I was going to have a better living experience when Andrea helped us out in the leasing office. She was attentive and always available to answer our questions and her response time was amazing. We love our apartment, the property management, and maintenance. There’s never a lag in communication. I’m so glad we found this hidden gem of a community.

This has been the best community experience I've had so far. From Rakiya's assistance with the application process to Ariel's superb help as the community manager upon my move-in, the support has been exceptional. I'm absolutely fond of this place and intend to stay for the foreseeable future. The property is impeccably maintained and visually stunning. Maintenance is consistently prompt and courteous. Choosing Cortland North Brookhaven was definitely the right decision.

Lived at Cortland North Brookhaven for two years after discharge from St. Joe's for heart surgery. Management team got me moved into a lovely first floor apartment after great recommendation from a friend and resident. The staff and maintenance team always made me feel safe and well cared for. I rehabbed in the gym and enjoyed the many activities Cortland offered. It was a great way to meet wonderful neighbors and make friends. Rolando heads their maintenance team and is outstanding.

We have greatly enjoyed living here so far (about a month and a half)! We are pleased with both the apartment itself and the surrounding area. We have also had good experiences with the leasing and maintenance teams.

Been living here for about 5 months now. Overall extremely pleased with my experience. The management and maintenance - 10/10. Very kind and communicate well. Maintenance guys show up very quick to resolve and fix any problems and you always see them on the apartment grounds working and cleaning (literally have never seen that kind of consistency at any other apartment I have lived in, so very pleased with the up keep of this place). You also can't be the safety and location. I have never felt so safe walking around alone at night and with the intense application process, you can tell they really do accept good people into their complex. The apartment is also by so many stores. Kinda far from the highway, but you can't have everything. The only complaint I really have is that the model they show us isn't exactly the same as our actual unit. The vinyl floor was completely different and kinda run down and the paint jobs are a little sloppy and chipped and the shower is on the more run down side no matter how clean in try to get it. However, once you put your own style and effort into the apartment, you can make it work. Definitely a more outdated place and can hear the neighbors more than I'd like to sometimes but when you compare all the pros with the a couple cons.. you can't beat it, especially when it comes to finding affordable, safe, and reliable apartments around Atlanta. I hope this place continues to keep up the good work!
