For a small store they have a pretty great selection. Customer service was okay seemed like they didn't want me there but the clothes are pretty fresh. Bought me some shirts and shorts. I wish they had a bigger selection on Jordan's. Coming from Texas we have huge Champs sports stores so coming to a smaller one was a bit weird to me.
Everytime I go to Boston by the Train I always have to make a stop here they always have a fire selection the custom service is always nice and you walk out always feel like you were taken care of
Don't get me started about Camp everytime I'm in downtown I have to take my daughter to go get a pair of basketball sneakers. They always have some nice sneakers for men and women some good prices nice customer service, good job y'all
They have hottest kicks on deck & friendly service with betiful women with a great smile @ the register!
I had ordered sneakers and paid for them at the store on the 13th of March they told me within 3-5 business days they would be ready.. Without any noticed shut the store down on the 171h of March due to convid-19 They had my email account & phone number but still have failed to notify me about my sneakers that are already paid for its March 26th, I won't be ordering anything else from here. Poor customer service
Came here with my husband and his brother. Bought a jersey and asked if they had military discount. Ruben the cashier that was helping us was very reluctant and “it was a very long process” and seemed for reluctant to help my husband do it. We didn’t end up doing it in the end because we felt like he was trying to push us out. Don’t offer it if your employees are not going to want to help military members apply it.
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! My boyfriend and I visited from Ottawa, Ontario and were in need of some new running shoes. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and helped us try on many different pairs until we found the perfect ones! Wish we weren’t so far away or we would be regulars here.
