There were no one inside of the bank of America to assist me
Cant get in this dumb bank after hours. Card reader doesnt work to let you in.
Epic waste of time and $$$! Video conferencing timer keeps restarting. Sitting for 15 mins. Timer restarted 3 times. Useless service. Please close this branch. Or put a disclaimer ATM only.
Complete rubbish it took forever for the access key to read my card then when I got in there was no one available to see me at any of the screens so I had to drive to a bank wit a real person. What a gimmicky waste of the banks money.if you are going to do something like this staff it properly
This is a fake me out bank. No customer services

There are no people here and their “advanced” systems don’t work at all. I pressed the main screen and it literally said “dialing”. ???
