The staff are rude and unfriendly even though there was no one in the line, and asking questions wasn’t hurting anyone. I had dumplings which was really bad, thick and chunky and even though I asked for soy sauce or chili oil they had nothing, the noodles with honey beef and other types of meats which we ordered was good

Swimming in oil. Hakka noodles with prawn. Stopped eating once I saw the oil. Friendly staff though. Ordered steamed buns and sesame chicken- they were good.

Worst food in ever had. Ordered spicy but there was no spice. Instead there was a huge broccoli at the top which we could not break.

Worst Chinese food I have had yet. The fried rice tastes dry and not much taste. Perhaps a bit over cooked. The low mein noodles both smell and taste like a dirty sock.. and usually that's my favorite dish.
The chicken balls were the only thing that was good.

February 22nd 2024 My second attempt at giving this place a chance and well you lost one star. The server was nice enough but loaded me up with rice was extremely stingy with the meat and the thing that is supposed to be a fork I am not really sure what it is...

This was my first time trying this at the Eaton center food court. I am disappointed with the service I had received. First of all it was hard for me to read the names of the dishes because it was written so badly on a piece of paper and glue I think to the glass so that to start with was not a good thing. Then 1 person started to serve me while I was trying to decide a second person asked me what else I would like and then a third person asked me what I would like so my box kept on moving over to the side and I spoke to 3 different people... That in itself was very confusing. May I just suggest you put the name of the dishes above in bigger writing so people can see and not have to squint their eyes to see what the dish name is especially if they have never been to your establishment. And then if 1 person is serving 1 person please don't have 3 people serving the same person it's very awkward and confusing And time consuming.

The food itself is okay I guess I've had a lot better than this I'm sorry to say. I will not be going back. I will make better choices next time.

Decent quality, chinese fast food inside Eaton Centre at reasonable prices. Good amount of selection, including dim sum. But the dim sum is pricy.

Tasteless food. I oredered a spicy noodle soup, and it was my worst eating experience in my life. Don't eat here. No salt, no spices were added. Huge broccoli, which I couldn't cut.
