Ordered btea today at 630pm. The worker at the counter is amazing. Nima is incredibly nice and helped us pick awesome drinks first time here!! The coffee oreo milk tea with coffee jelly is bomb! Thank you!
LOVE Gong Cha but this location is notorious for forgetting to add toppings you paid for. This is the THIRD time I asked and paid for tapioca and the order comes to me with NO toppings.
The young lady that served us today was so sweet! Being a new customer it was nice that she didn't have issues explaining what each drink is made of or with. Peach green tea is what I got and I really enjoyed it! Felt for the her tho as the heat wasn't working in the store.

There are hardly any seats and so it isn't a place to sit down and enjoy. Rather it's for folks to drop in and take out a treat.
Parking is a bit tricky during events and you are better off parking nearby and walking. Otherwise, on a lazy weekend, it is devoid of crowds.

The girls were lovely & kind. I love the aesthetic inside & I got the brown sugar milk tea which is my fav bubble tea but first time trying it here! I also got a little bubble tea keychain :)
