I ordered Strawberry Milk Tea today. I was given the wrong item as you can see on the attached photo. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to it.

ChatimeSocietea Masonville is outright the most best bubble tea store there is in the area. The staff are nice and sometimes remember what drinks you want which makes it much more easy to order what you need. Such a underrated place to be as there is almost no customers! Must try

What I liked:

-consistency of the drinks (other locations mess up the ratio, this location does it right).
-freshness of ingredients.
-friendly service.The girl making/giving drinks is very friendly and helpful every time I come by.
-located near the front entrance of the mall so I don’t have to walk far.
-bonus: amazing anime drawings at the cash! It’s fun to see what new drawings are there :3

I have been here a few times and always had a good experience! Service is above average - the person at cash is friendly, helpful and patient. I've also noticed the person who makes the drinks really pays attention to getting the right proportions and doing a good job. Convenient location with it being right in the mall.

Great staff ;) super friendly managers, quick service, and the boba is great! When making your visit you should definitely look out for the amazing drawings out front that’s made by their talented employees. Must visit if you’re a hard fan of bubble tea 🧋

Tried their taro tea and the macarons. Loved it!

Don’t know why they keep increasing their prices - I paid 10 bucks for a small drink that tasted disgusting (I’ve been to other locations and this is my usual drink so I know what it tastes like). The oat milk tasted really weird. When I asked how much extra substituting oat milk would be the two workers got mad and started raising their voice, telling me it’s not them who make the rules of pricing. Obviously. Smh. The other smoothie and bubble tea places in the mall are better priced and much better quality.
