I had the best night of my life celebrating my 65th Birthday on January 11, 2024 at the Laurel Jockey Club, Ruffian Room. Kerstin, the Director of Events was off the chain (Wonderful). She made it so easy for me. She listened to everything I wanted, was so accommodating, thoughtful and just OUTSTANDING. The food was delicious, guests are still raving about the salmon and lobster sauce. The staff that worked my party were all amazing. I could not have found a better place to host this milestone birthday. Thank you Laurel Jockey Club......

The Maryland Jockey Club at Laurel Raceway is an excellent place for live and simul-cast racing. The facility and grounds are spacious and well cared for. There are restaurants, bars and areas for special events such as the Mother's Day Brunch. You can view the races at the outside track or from inside. There is lots of free parking. Well worth a visit.

The place is nice decoration nice location but the service it's very poor in food and beverage I am very disappointed about that The menu is very weak compared to the class of the place

This is my first time being at the racetrack. I had no idea how vast and huge this place is. Not just the grandstands but there's multiple bars and restaurants on several different levels, all decorated and updated. From what I understand, if you want to have a private party here, the rates are extremely affordable.
