Found this place while waiting for film to be fitted to my car at nearby Pop Autoglass.
Fantastic little coffee shop! Not only was the coffee excellent and reasonably priced, but the chocolate cake that I had must rank as the best I have eaten anywhere! Beautifully rich, moist and not too sweet!
I only wish I lived closer - I'd be a regular.

Surprisingly good view of the nearby canal from here. They've done an excellent job with the ambience given the limited space.
Sandee Bakery & Snacks is a lovely quaint place, it is small but so delightfully decorated, lovely ambiance lounge music ok. Cakes were fresh, coffee tastey n hot, smoothie nice n fruity. We will return
very nice cafe. good cake, coffee and tea. nice place to relax 1 hour. we 2. time here, and both times i get surprised about quality and price. its absolute worth, come here and take a Break.
