The Spitalfields location has quickly become one of our favourites! The flat whites are super delicious, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick. The laptop policy is one of the best in London and there is fast WiFi. Highly recommend!
We only had a snack and drinks but my matcha & pistachio cookie was to die for!! Also, the green tea tasted slightly different to what I'm used to, but omg it was sooo good!! If you like green tea, you need to try it! The interior is very tidy and the staff are friendly.

Truly a 5 star experience in every way! I love the decor, but that was really just a bonus. The coffee was incredible! My husband I I shared a pour over and the service included a brewed coffee while we waited and then the pour over came with a palette cleanser. The incredible experience didn’t stop there though! I got the veg full toast and it was so, so delicious. It felt both nourishing and comforting and was the perfect start to the day! My husband got the caramelized fig and feta toast and can’t stop raving about it. We are only in town for one more day but I can guarantee we will be back again for one more breakfast + coffee tomorrow morning!
We came here for breakfast one Saturday morning. The staff were lovely and attentive. The coffee was brilliant. The food was delicious! Highly recommend this lovely little spot.

The banana bread was very good for both texture and taste wise. I just think it’s too sweet, so maybe one could share it with 1-2 friends.

Watchouse is a great place to enjoy a modern coffee shop experience.
This particular store is often very busy and I can see the staff try their best to keep the flow going the best they can. Like many other reviews I think it would be beneficial if there was more focus in the table service side of the shop as the wait times can be long at times.
However, the wait is worth it and the baristas are great at their craft. I look forward to visiting again soon - especially if Stefano is making coffee! Thank you for this gorgeous Swan! 🦢

Firstly, the food here is delicious. A bold statement; the food we were given was presented in a lovely manner - it was as if you were in the fanciest restaurant in the city! - friendly staff, and a calm atmosphere provided with some casual music. Highly recommend.
