The worst insurance provider in UAE! Do not get this insurance they will just give you a very hard time! They don’t settle their dues to their partner clinics, hospitals and pharmacies which results to a bad service to the clients. Clinics and pharmacies will keep on rejecting your card because of their issues with them. They will let you pay the bill and promise for reimbursement but before you get the money they will give you a very hard time as if they dont really want to give back you money!! This insurance company will kill you!!

Once called for the general information regarding wife's insurance ..

The worst insurance company provider.. This insurance will not help you to live when you are sick. They keep rejecting the request. They even rejecting the prescription of doctors when you go to pharmacy.. Not a saving life insurance.. They rejecting most of the request because they dont want to spent money and pay the co-payment for medical expenses. You should not be a insurance provider. because instead of saving life.. you are killing us for not providing what we need to get cure.

All most all diagonastics are not covered.

The worst service. You have wait maximum time for their no service. Customer care executives are arrogant.

Pathetic customer service, zero knowledge, they reject all the test approval, take more than 1 hour to approve/reject any test..And after 1 hour in most of the cases they reject test. They don't even consider for kids health, once a doctor from insurance told me tell your company to buy expensive insurance card.
I am holding midrange card ,I don't know what other people must be going through if they are holding low premium card. They proudly give you email id if you wish to complain. Very rude people. Don't buy this card, clinics are also not interested to accept this card. Unfortunately I have to bear with this card till March.

Worst insurance ever .. I am facing so many problems since day one.. Coustmer service is very slow and they don't have proper knowledge of their own work they do (how insane it is ) .. they will never approve the test which cost more then 50dhs.. highly disappointed with this insuarance.
