Moscow Hotel

Really amazing team. Whenever I got there Hazel (G.R.O) and Anthony (Security) make sure to always make my day. And the reception desk, I know smiling is part of the job, but you can feel in your heart that they are giving you the smile from theirs as well and I really appreciate it.

The location is not very good only good, breakfast is good , wifi is not good and goes off sometimes. The reception Philippine girls are not welcoming specially if you booked through app and if you have visitor they charge you 100 DHS without receipt

I celebrated my birthday in Moscow Hotel. I never expect that they remember my birthday. The cake was delicious.. thank you to the pastry chef and most especially Chef Haleem for making possible. Carlo for the room service and Hazel for accommodating me. Thank you the rest of the team of Moscow.. i am happy with my stay here especially with my room bright yellow color in room 615

I stayed here for the 10 nights and more in 608.. I keep coming back to this hotel because it is a perfect place to stay and relax. It is very comfortable especially the bed is so soft and their good bar and good food as well. Thank you to Hazel who welcomed me all through out. The manager Bea is super accommodating

I want this restaurant only for one night but I extend it for five days because a hotel or so clean very good location tha stuff, at lovely very respectful and very helpful. Specially, the reception staff I’m looking forward to coming back to this place hardly I recommend it thanks for all the stuff work in this place .

I love this place. I always go back here especially with my friends. The room has a nice warm tone and great colors. The staff are very nice and they are so friendly. They keep smiling always especially the security, housekeeping and receptionists. I also love how the concierge are very helpful whenever I ask them for something.. i stayed in green colored room in room 207.. it is very nice to the eyes. Last time i came here last 2 months ago, the color was red. It was also excellent because it matches the uniform of receptionist. I don’t know why other reviews here are not good but when you stay here in actual and experience the place, you can really say that the service is 100% excellent and the cleanliness. Recommend this to anyone who wants to stay near metro and mall.

Just an average hotel of this type. Nothing special or extraordinary in it. Rooms were okay, service was fine. Location is not very preferable, not near a metro station. Parking is paid, if you opt in for valet parking then prepare to spend more than it should be. Unlike other hotels which provide free parking for you and even for your guests. Cafe outside of hotel is plus point. You can enjoy the evening vibes outside but remember the weather of Dubai is HOT and I mean it’s really hot. You’ll sweat like nothing else.
