Worst real estate management company in the UAE - will look at ways to take your security deposit and make you fight for your own money. You need to wait for 3 hours at their offices arguing for your security deposit over frivolous things like cleaning, stickers and other matters.

Also you need to visit their office to be able to get the money back - just an incredibly inconvenient process that makes absolutely no sense. 👎

Ever since they have taken over from Al Bahri Real Estate, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

First, they did not even try to properly COMMUNICATE that the NEW CONTRACT is available and that we needed to sign. Our contract renewal was in August 2023 and they have taken over from November 2023 up until today FEBRUARY 2024 - they are not sure where the contract is, only to find out it was given to the Watchman. If they are professional enough, they should have informed us via phone or email. Three months have passed and after NUMEROUS FOLLOW UPS they are not even bothered that the contract was not returned to them AS LONG AS THEY ARE GETTING THEIR MONEY.

Secondly, we have kids in our flat, we have requested them SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE CABINET DOOR AS IT'S ALREADY LOSE AND ANYTIME IT MAY FALL. We spoke to the watchman and suprisingly his response to this was "IT'S NOT MY JOB TO FIX THIS".
I am very sorry to say this but they have hired an incompetent watchman. The previous watchman from Al Bahri Real Estate would check and HELP ASAP since he knows how DANGEROUS it would be if the cabinet door will fall to anyone most especially a CHILD!

Lastly, there are moulds in our rooms - obviously we have received a poor response from Emirates Properties. They have mentioned once again that IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN these kind of concerns. Moulds as you know are harmful to anyone especially to kids but they DO NOT CARE.

They only want your money. They will not assist you at all. Even if you try to escalate it, they will not do anything. I cannot express how bad they have been treating all the tenants from Al Bahri Metro building.

It is unfair for people to suffer this kind of service they are providing.

About maintenance a good quality of service and always available

They dont take responsibility over whats needed to be worked on instead they pass it on to another given department. For a month they did not respond or fix the issue or even apologize but sadly when a review was left on the internet the iasue was rectified and calls were made multiple times to take down the review but still no apology. Kindness of the consumer taken advantage. Of.

The service is bad and only thinks about their profit. They do now with to follow RERA rules and would just push you to pay more than what is legally allowed. They do not respond in emails and the property manager is no use at all. The building we live in is not properly maintained and they are even telling as that we owe them because they removed the partitions for us to live peacefully. Its as if it is not their responsibility for a peaceful living in their building.
