Beautiful apartments with stunning views. Building staff is extremely polite and treat residents like royalty. Gyms on multiple floors, pool, game room, play room and did I mention free EV chargers. Hidden gem.
These are not high quality condos as of the other reviewers have stated building has plumbing issues flooding issues. That’s why these units have stayed on the market as long as they have Wayover priced. Also, it is on mosquito bay. You will deal with lots of bugs and flooding issues Investigate before you purchase

My favorite condo development on Long Island. Amazing views of Long Island Sound, doorman, pool, pool house.. super quaint and boutique style. Love it!! A+++
As a local to Glenwood landing who has been watching the construction of this building take place from the start, BUYER BEWARE.
What they will not tell you when buying: 1)low tide is atrocious and brings mosquitos galore in the summer
2)rain and thunderstorms tend to come up from the west (so from the Port Washington side, across the harbor) which will smack the building and pound all of the windows - which during hurricane season could lead to broken/cracked windows
3)traffic on shore road is incredibly dangerous on the turn where the road turns into scudders lane (right where the building put the entrance to the property). People speed and take that turn very fast, and there have been several near fatalities in my lifetime, and plenty of actual fatalities in my mother’s lifetime (and she is also a Glenwood landing local who grew up here as well).
Buyer beware.

Stunning development! The view is gorgeous, the apartments are spacious and nicely done, the sales team are kind and warm.
I was impressed with the views, the wide hallways, the interior finishes and the lifestyle that this property offers. I think proximity to local beaches is also really nice and if you enjoy a lifestyle on the water this is a really good fit. It’s actually pretty close to everything in terms of amenities and shopping but feels and looks further away. Definitely worth a look.
