I should have looked at the reviews before I came here. KATRINA was so nasty. From my first encounter with her I told myself to just leave, but I thought against it. She became so rude and awful because I asked for Paper instead of plastic..... imagine spending your money and looking pass an employees rude ways only for them to make it worse during the transaction. After reading the reviews KATRINA is used to being rude- so I'm no longer surprised. What an awful elderly lady. Needless to say I got a refund and left.

I was not impressed to read many other comments like: rude male employee… I just left. Not spending a cent here today. Good job!

Went in today 9/2/23 and was treated very rudely by the male employee. My friend asked for a smaller size in a shoe and he said “first of all, I don’t know what smaller size you need, and all the shoes are over there—that’s all we have” I couldn’t believe how rude he was! To refuse to help a customer. And sadly my friend is Malaysian and visiting America, so now they may think Americans are rude like him. He also was rude to my husband who asked where the men’s shoes were, he just gave him a dirty look and didn’t say anything. Clarks, do better! Hire employees who care and want to treat customers with respect. He gave an ugly example of customer service.

Bad customer service at the Oxen Hill, MD store. Rude staff , they won’t even assist you, they would kick out of the store if they can 😡

There was a salesperson Katrina, she didn't provide any help. I paid much more then was provided on a box. I tried to talk meneger and he was much worse person.

Terrible customer service. I used to love this store but not sure what is wrong with the current two ladies here.
Zero customer service, terrible attitude, disrespectful to customers and super rude.
I went to exchange a pair of shoes I got from another Clark's store and the lady missed no opportunity to be rude. I didn't even dare to ask the questions I had and had to accept what I got and rush out.
Today, I went back to another Clark's store and exchanged the shoes for the second time as I was not happy with it but the rude lady at this store didn't give me the opportunity to think and look around. She was very pushy and rude and cut me off every time I tried to ask a follow up question. She requested my ID for shoes size exchange! When I did the exchange at the another location today, they just needed the receipt.
Needless to say I'm never coming back to this location and will have to go to other Clark's.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location as both women working at the store fail terribly at customer service I’m surprised that management hasn’t done anything about them after reading the comments below, are they unaware that their jobs depend on customers visiting the store? I was told the 40% off sign on displayed on top of the shoes I selected “didn’t matter as they new best” when I tried to make a purchase today. I like the brand and decided to look online, the discount applied to both pairs! From now on I’ll be purchasing online only and advice everyone does the same
